Hi uçanbiblo, no I have not, becase I haven't tried the cheats again since receiving no response to this. Just leaving it alone. I would imagine with all of the patches and hotfixes since then, it's a completely different game now and an out-of-date crash report. Should I delete it?

So I don't know if this is directly connected to my newest bug or not, but I too cannot load save game files all of a sudden—except mine may have a clearer reason why:

The moment when I got too curious last night (around 9 PM EST) and exited the game to enable Cheat Mode (to get through that "Start a Kingdom" grind!) my game has refused to load any saves and crashed to desktop after selecting a save from the Load Game screen.

I've made a separate post because it seems like the only thing that changed for me was:
-played 40+ hours
-enabled cheat mode
-consistently CTD at Load Game
-reverted config files back via backup copy
-crashes continue regardless of original backup files

I did just manage to force my way through the crash (since originally posting about it) by just restarting the game multiple times, loading random files over and over, crashing multiple times, and eventually one of them worked! But it failed the very next time. So other than that blip I'm in the same boat, despite the e1.0.3 patch.

Seems this bug (a version of the "Done" button bugs going around) has also been noticed by a few of us. (link)

@Heiberg took my latest clumsy workaround and narrowed-down/refined it, to realize that: ransoming multiple Raiders at once seems to cause the Prisoner-Done-Button bug. I had started narrowing my own list down to Raiders and Marauders, but at the very least Raiders are confirmed at this point.

This workaround no longer...works. I'm unable to ransom any of the prisoners I have at 3 different cities now. I'll keep trying, but I'm not sure how to get around it on this save anymore. ?‍

EDIT: Ransoming prisoners 1 at a time, going back to the Tavern, and repeating over and over allowed me to get rid of all 3 dozen prisoners I had without crashing for the first time in hours. It seems like ransoming stacks of prisoners at once (via Shift+Click) sets off the crashing "Done" bug.

Same here. I previously survived the "Get X number of weapons" bug by waiting the 25 days for the quest to fail (and losing half my starving Party along with it) as well as (alternatively) just loading a previous save from before taking the quest.

Only to run into a second "Done" bug when I'm unable to ransom any prisoners. I have no quests running other than the campaign quest to speak to 10 nobles about the artifact, and it seems that whatever city is causing the bug at the moment if I reload and ride to a different city I can then ransom the prisoners and continue playing. Gonna keep testing this temporary fix but I believe it worked the first time I got stuck, an hour later it happened again so it's time to try another city that hopefully isn't prisoner "Done" bugged.

Also confirming, timing out the quest solved the crashing problem—and destroyed my starving and unpaid party. ?

Having the same issues with the game crashing, and Bug Report crashing, after 4-5 hours of playing. Doesn't matter if I complete a battle and click "Done" after the Loot items screen, or go to a shop in any city and click "Done" at the shopping/trading screen. Anytime I end up at the inventory/loot/shop screen and click "Done" it crashes, and the Bug Report fails to send.

I most recently acquired the "Gang Leader Needs Weapons" quest, specifically:

Lundana the Goat, a gang leader from Rhotae has wanted you to buy some weapons for her private business. She asked you to buy 5 pieces of Crossbows and deliver them to Rhotae where Lundana the Goat's [sic] will be waiting for you. She promised to give you 32140? for your troubles.

Joining others in letting the quest timer run out now [it has 18/25 days left] and I'll report back if this returns my game back to normal [as an unnecessary side note: will this harm my relationship with the NPC? ?].
