    I think I may have found a fix here, BitDefender was the issue. Turning it off or disabling it did not work but allowing the software to make changes in the application access folder seemed to do the trick. Excited to be able to finally play!

    What exactly do you mean by "allow it to make changes"? I have made a firewall exception to the program, but it still will not save. Is that what you mean, or something else?

    Yeah, I've tried both that and deleting the entire folder. Neither work.
