Some more info. I made a test save (the one I uploaded) to reaffirm my issue and it was still present. Added 120 infantry troops and more than enough horses and still no buff to the movement speed. Furthermore, I also tested some of the scout perks and the one that should give 5% to movement speed during night seemingly did nothing. The penalty for traveling during the night was 1,34 before AND after the perk was selected.
