  1. Council of the Commons Policy is incredibly powerful

I hadn't thought of that but yea, cultures reacting differently to policy change or even having different policies available to them would be a great way to add some sense of uniqueness to each faction.
  2. Council of the Commons Policy is incredibly powerful

Councils of the Commons is by far the best policy in the game and should get some kind of nerf. Currently its a massive militia and influence boost to every settlement and clan in the kingdom with no down-sides. Your settlements becomes harder to conquer, your armies can be maintained for...
  3. Lord/Lady Needs Tutor Quest Not Working

I have tested this in several different instances across patches. Despite me fighting near constantly in various battles and sieges, the "experience progress" of whoever I am tutoring doesn't even come near the required amount in the 200 days the quest lasts. Its a guaranteed fail every single...
  4. Struge. GREAT BALANCE!!!

I've mentioned this from day 1. In custom battle they are the weakest nation.. on every category.

in the campaign they are weak because of the following things:
    - weak or wrong skill setup (for example druzhinik got 160 bow skill and 60 polearm.. they dont have bows and polearm is their main weapon....) Ulfhander is 2H main, but got 80 in 2h while they got 130 in pole, which again they dont have. They are a tier 5 unit with no armor but have athletics 130 instead of running OP Fast and attacking fast like crazy they are without doubt the worst tier 5 unit in game. (For comparison battanian Fian got 160 athletics and full armor) IMO the ulfhednar or berzerkers should run crazy fast and attack crazy fast as well. It shouldn't be possible to 1 v1 a berzerker, however in my campaign they get easily mowed down by a tier 2-3 unit as if they are a simple recruit. Also because they have no armor they should make zig zag moves with high run speed to have at least some advantages.

    - weak gear Tier 5 units severely outclassed in armor compared to other nations, even the Khuzaits which should IMO be mainly light armor have more heavy armor (and even more heavy infantry) than Sturgia (which is supposed to be main heavy infantry class. (Guess the developers really hate the Sturgians..)
    - Compared to Battanians and Khuzaits they got to run long distances to replenish... The Khuzaits which should be nomads (Few cities spread across vast distances) got more total fiefs (49 villages, castles, towns) than the sturgians,, which are a settled nation. And all their villages are tightly packed together. Khuzaits got more fiefs in 65% of the landmass the Sturgians got.
    - Horses cost no food and can outrun AI lords in wars, resulting in Khuzaits ganking AI lords with 500 vs 100-150 non stop.
    - snow doesn't give attrition to enemies, nor does it slow down units...

All in all the Sturgians are by far the weakest faction in the game.. and only by heavy intervention of the player do they survive more than 2 years ingame.

Yea its really frustrating when you want to play as them. I used the Bannerlord Tweaks mod to double the amount of time it takes to build siege camps/weapons, to actually allow the Sturgian armies time to react and travel across their territory before losing a handful of settlements. It had a massive effect and the snowballing stopped immediately. I can recommend it if you're trying to get a sustainable game going as Sturgia.
  5. Settlement Food Production

What helps for me greatly is getting rid of bandits/looters. They frequently kill the villager parties that bring fresh supplies. Kinda furstrating to do in Khuzait/Aserai regions, these steppe and desert bandits move at 7.0 speed and higher most of the time, and 4 of them can take out a group of 20 villagers easily.
Patrols are a sorely needed feature, hope it gets introduced in one of the patches fairly early
  6. Black African Faction

I realize the OP is bait, but I think an African-inspired faction would be super cool, and I don't get the people that say it wouldn't fit. Calradia is a fantasy construct, whatever the developers chose to put in the lore is the lore. I also think theres space on the current map, the Western part of the Aserai territory is empty, if you moved the Aserai a bit to the West there would be plenty of space for a new faction in the eastern part of the desert, sharing a border with the empire and all.
  7. Suggestion: Buildings/Town Management

One of the great things about M&B is the dynamic world. To that effect, I think town management could use some adjustments, as buildings currently are a bit too straight forward and linear. You and the AI upgrade all buildings to the max, and after a few in-game months all settlements are exact...
  8. Suggestion: Voting Phase

Hi there, One aspect that I think could use improvement is that factions currently are chosen at random before each battle. It leads to some pretty unbalanced match-ups across maps/modes and it can be sort of demotivating when that happens. I think just including a 20 second voting phase...
  9. Need More Info Bug: Armies "chase" siege camps

Pretty major bug in my opinion: Rather than coming to defense of settlements under siege, armies "chase" the enemy siege camp without moving/engaging and end up being useless, making otherwise defendable settlements fall.
