In-Game Name(s): Hippy_the_Galatian, Oats_Malrey, might mess with my name "Hippy" a bit for names. President_Hippy, King_Hippy, ect..
How long have you been roleplaying: I used to RP in an mmo a bit, but M&B sucked up all my game time and I have been playing PW for awhile.
What can you offer to the Hardcore Roleplaying community: Just another serious RPer who wants to contribute to everyone's fun in-game.
Character Bio: (This may include a story of your character or a simple short description) Hippy the Galatian has a past of violence, and sac-religion, In the EU event a while ago, I had him as a Templar to redeem his past by helping a church and it's father much like the ones' he used to savage. I don't know if I want to keep that path though, I much prefer the Galatian from rough lands to have a serious and leaders' attitude.
EDIT Almost forgot, Oats is a very timid man who hunts small animals and larger game if he has some help. Peaceful RP with friends and running a tavern or leading a merchant company which harvests grain, makes wine, and catching fish for factions/tavern, and individuals alike.
Sample of your roleplay: Everyday in Galatia is the same as the last, and everyday is a blessing because of it. Men and woman fight everyday to survive, and society is a fleeting memory. The constant raids of villages and savaging of kingdoms make even the most protected castles have no walls in the eyes of it's ruler. Life here is about relying on the strength of your own body and mind, relying on others for more than their company is worth is what gets you an early grave. These are the things that make Galatian men the free-est in the world. No self proclaimed kings to make you property, no fighting for the honor of bitter old men, no law to keep you down... Only the law of survival.
I was once a man tied down to the land almost as much as the cattle that fed our ungrateful "lord," but life changes at its' own leisure. No warning, no control of the events occurring, just pure chaos that sets a man free. In the middle of my everyday routine of tending the crops and fetching water for the next day, the chaos ensued without warning. The thatch hut that stored the grains set alight, and with it serfs came running from the forest screaming to no one but the blind god that would not turn an ear to his people. Wild men sprang from the forest screaming as well, but a different kind of yell came from their mouths, one with no boundaries or limits. They came from all sides hollering and burning everything that they set their eyes upon. Nothing was sacred, nothing was spared. The boundaries once set on us by our lord meant nothing, he had forsaken the generations of people that were tied to this land. His guards sealed off the keep in a desperate attempt to keep their lord safe. But the wild men gave no thought as they slaughtered their way to the top of the knoll and promptly ended all that was left of the oppression that was once my "lord." I had no reaction to the sudden smite these men laid on our village, I could only watch in disbelief as I was freed from the mental shackles I let others put on me.
From no where I heard a cry as rowdy as ever nearing towards me with steady speed. "This river will be red with your insides", laughed a short, stocky man as he sprinted at me from across the river with nothing but a thick branch smeared in blood. I knew only carnage lay behind me, and this man was the only obstacle to me and my life. I sprinted at him without thinking and dove at his feet curled up waiting for his club to smite me, but it worked as I prayed. His knees buckled as I collapsed into the weak current of the stream. He yelped as I crashed into his legs, and regaining my balance I tried to pry the cudgel from his hand. As I took a prompt head-butt to the nose I quickly realized I had his primitive weapon in my hands, and without second thought I began to swing wildly towards the stream where he lay. A few heavy blows and what was left of him wasn't pretty. With no time to revel in the first step to my freedom I ran into the forest, Starting my new life as a free man.
Do you have a history of rulebreaking on the regular servers: I have never been in trouble and I try to help administration where I can, one of the Soldaten in my regiment actually reported me for Evil_Sniper killing him, but he apologized in ts3 and I explained the situation on the thread before said apology.
Can any fellow roleplayers vouch for your skills: I'm sure a lot of regulars to the old "Na_PW_Roleplay" can vouch for me, and enough admins can vouch that I'm a contributing member.
