While working as a peasant in a village I got attacked by bandits, I had to fight by myself with no help from the village, it seems a bit odd that I would be singled out. Is this supposed to happen?

I did a bounty mission in the starting city (and won 200 scilingas in a coin toss!) and came back to collect my bounty, afterwards there was no option to ask about another bounty, nor was there in the next two cities I tried. Is there a certain length of time must pass between bounties?

Issues with my phone line meant I was off line for a month or so and I just got back on a week or so ago. I haven't had a European server on my list in all the time I've been back, have they been taken off? Sorry if it's been mentioned elsewhere, a search didn't find anything enlightening.
