    Changing character's appearance (issue)

    Hey, so I have a problem with changing my character's appearance and "V' does not work and is not displayed in campaign keybindings section in options. Did they remove this feature or am I experiencing a bug?

    The real work will start now for version v0.8 to:

    - solve the problems of creation/management of the kingdom.
    - correct tactics and formations during battles (by making infantry in formation more responsive and the cavalry less suicidal  :roll:).
    - create new scenes (for the remaining cities especially).
    - make the use of two-handed weapons even more imperative (and make the shield-sword combination not the obvious choice for the player).

    Ok, now I'm so hyped up for the 0.8v ! :fruity: Get your busy ass to workin' right now!  :mrgreen: Don't let me down fladin  :ohdear:

    The bug still occurs! Red lined part of the screenshot is all shaky and buggy. Don't know why is that... If it doesn't occur on your screen, maybe it has to do with graphic settings? I'll paste my settings below, so you can check it yourself.

    I know they are super low(I don't care too much) but it's set up for multiplayer which tends to lag for me(NW mod)

    #2 Edit:
    I've been playing for some time now and I wanted to report some issues I've had:

    - There is a strange sound following me around the field, like footsteps of someone that's literally next to me(It happened when I fought any bandit/looter band solo)
    - Whenever I walk into the city/save the game/walk up to talk to anybody on the map - there is this little freeze lag that freezes the game for literally 1 second or even less, kind of annoying tbh and I can assure you that it has nothing to do with my pc
    - Whenever I go into the battle my battle settings(I mean the "Damage to Player/Friends" settings) just always reset to "Normal". Not that I'm a lil' bit-ch or something but I don't have time dying to random bandits while traveling on ctrl+space speed  :lol: . The issue is just annoying.

    - Not an issue - I'll probably never understand why the AI makes bots just randomly do -turn around, run in the opposite direction and then go back to running into proper derction- thing while charging. I'm pretty sure this is a thing in Native but I didn't see it when playing something like Pendor. *Hmmmm*

    Hmm I was hoping you would check these, since your mod is clearly going into late medieval period, maybe you could get inspired on how can you actually make just a little bit different equipment for soldiers:

    Of course it would be absolutely ridiculous to put that many variations of the equipment but "Medieval 2 Total - Attila - 1212 mod" is definitely something you should look up to in terms of inspiration :grin:

    In my opinion - just saying - I think it would be best for the mod to focus on actual content of the it untill the 1.0 release because it doesn't feel like there is too much of it. Some solid skirmishers for the Hadvog would be great. I love the equipment of their Household troops - they look badass but it just feels wrong to see their troop tree without any archers or something. What about the Borovod 2 handed weapons spamm on top of the infantry troop tree? It doesn't feel any cool to me if I have to literally **** my pants when I see any archers on the opposing side.  :dead: :lol:

    Also I'd like to report a bug which is the "character creaction/talking on the map" - background picture being blurry:

    One thing that I have observed during the few first minutes of the game is that "formations" during the battle feel either wanky or they are programmed so the player is in command of any friendly troops on the field. I was helping Dirim troops in the battle, on foot. I was trying to hide behind Dirim troops so me - poorly armed can pick for easy kills and experience. Dirim troops were constantly walking around the map in their formations which was absolutely ridiculous. Imagine 100 units in their formation just walking from one edge of the map to another and Pravar troops trying to run after them. In other battle friendly troops commanded by a Lord charged on my command and followed me around when I was giving the command "follow me" for my own troops so I can hide them behind better armed friendlies. The whole formation thing just feels wanky and unpredictable for me idk. Also it feels kind of dissapointing to me how poorly and casual the Dirim troops look. Funny little shields with the most casual looking, unsitisfying armors. Helmets are also meh. Shame that the Hadvog lost their huscarl armor which looked fantastic in my opninion, one of my favourite armors that I've seen in mods, real shame that small amount of them uses the model. Apart from the armor Hadvog completely lost it's viking feeling - it's okay I guess if it was intended. Would be cool if you spent more time on making all the troop trees more diversified. What I mean by that is for example Borovod infantry has only 2h weapon with almost(if not exactly) same armor set for everyone in the unit. I mean it makes sense if Confederation has strict army rules or Empire but nations like Borovod that i guess are based on Russian medival culture should have as much variety in armament as possible, same for the armor!

    Would be cool if you also worked on making the map look a little bit more alive. Maybe change the colors and give a little bit more rivers and mountains? Perisno map looks so dead too. Only Native and Pendor maps look alive to me.

    Overall not sure why but i kinda enjoyed 0.4 more, again not sure why lol.

    BTW I meant no offense by what I said. Just wanted to give some ideas that would help get me, the PoP player, to play this mod instead !  :grin:  :wink:
