I have the exact same CPU and GPU with 25 gb RAM. If I set everything to low + lower the resolution, game is kind of playable with 50 fps and stutters which happen regardless of the settings. Only up to around 200 troops in battle though. Above that, fps drops to about 20 and the stutters are worse. I also get way lower fps in multiplayer than singleplayer, rendering it unplayable too. I am using dedicated gpu of course. Not sure whether I should refund or maybe wait for some optimization patches. I have to say I expected the game to run at least at the lowest settings smoothly, but apparently not. Quite a dissapointment
