I came here to see if it was just me, it seems not. I've been in a que to join a game for 1 hour and 57 minutes now. It's telling me the wait time should be 10 minutes. This is on NA West. I'll update in another hour or so.

If you’re unhappy with the game you did not create then make a mod for it to use yourself. They made it extremely easy for people to mod.

And if you don’t understand how to make a module with something as simple as C+ then learn. But stop whining. You guys that come to the forums to whine about the game isn’t the way you want are annoying.

Another post by someone who is unhappy that the game they did not make is not designed the way they want.

This list of people is getting long

for people crashing after the beta branch. Turn off your mods, beta branch is not to test mods, but to test the beta. You should also verify your games integrity through steam since some of the mods override the base game.

Also, why would anyone assume that their save game from the stable version of the game would work with the beta branch. About 90% of EA games that use beta branches, the save games between beta branch and stable branch are never compatible. That’s honestly just common sense and makes me sad that our community doesn’t understand doesn’t.

common sense seems to be more and more rare within these forums now a days and it’s truly sad considering half of the player population is grown adults.

I've also checked these files, yet find no way to edit the bonuses.

By making people win less money it prolongs the game play. But I will say they should have fixed the snowball faction effect before doing this since games tend to end quickly right now. Also, giving you armor from them now will only help you out in the next one since I've gotten t6 out of the tournaments now. Making money off bets was never the reason to win them, it was the money you could make by selling the prize, and now with armor and better weapons in the prize list you can actually make more money than before since you won't get the same cheap weapons and horses over and over again.

You too can also go in fully decked out in armor and weapons. I play with everything on realistic and honestly only lost 1-2 tournaments due to being cocky. Once you get good gear and good weapons it's unfair how you destroy everything in the tournaments. And back then peasants would actually enter tournaments to try and make a name for themselves but would often be beaten, I've had my last match vs some peasants in-game myself though.

It's the invasion to take over the map. It took me 2 in-game years to defeat them.

I doubt any of these guys complaining have actually reached 200+ in any skill without using a mod that modifies the XP gain. They only care about early game and not late game.

If you want, download a mod that disables arena XP. Because most people here will be begging them to put it back to 100% XP when they've played over 10 years in the game and there's less factions to fight, less battles happening on the map. Also your damage will get soft capped and you'll barely be earning any xp at all for combat.

I've been trying to get past 175 in 2h in arena and I've only gained 1 skill point in 5 matches that I've won. That's with 5 focus points in it. These guys are only trying to nerf early game to ruin late game for everyone. Are these people actually doing the math with the XP curve at higher levels before trying to ruin a feature?

The type of person you are is just bothersome. You complain the grind is too slow, you get upset there's no autoblock feature, you get upset there's 100% xp gains in the arena just like their last game. And everything else. It's like all you do is complain on these forums and just whine whine whine.

This guy makes a thread about how gaining 100% XP in arena feels like cheating, yet is in other posts asking for autoblock features to be put into the game. I'm dumbfounded.

It was also 100% XP gains in warband, and yes you could level up in arena as well.
But honestly, just don't do arena if you're so upset and tight about it. Wait for your autoblock feature to be put into the game and then you can
go in 1v50 battles and win, easy xp and renown.

You talk about wanting gameplay balances but then go into another thread saying they should add autoblock back into the game lol.

Anyways, these people are probably the same people asking to give them an option to turn off aging so that your main character won't die in the game later on lol.

It was the same in Warband. Are you guys are new here or something? Also, what do you guys have against the people who want to RP as a gladiator making money traveling the world and fighting in arena's to gain fame and then turn into a merc for a kingdom and later become a Warlord with badass combat skills?

If taking away more ways to skill up is what you all want then take away the huge amount of XP you gain from tactics for fleeing an enemy party. You can level it to 100 by fleeing 31 fights. I've already did it, and at 100 it costs you 3 guys to flee to gain even more xp. Take away trade rumors because that's easy free gold and trade XP. Also while we're at it, take away the EASIEST way to level a skill in the game. By setting yourself as quartermaster and having more than 4 types of food on you to level Stewart to level 100 before a war even starts in the game.

Lastly, lets take away the 8% more XP your troops get for auto battling against looter, and not die but only get wounded.

I'll be playing through singleplayer and restarting my games every 2-3 days, depending on patches. I love this game and the content it has now. Restarting is easy now, I know how to make money, where to fight for easy xp/gold. Now with XP in arena/tournaments it's even easier to level skills.
I now know how to level every skill quickly, even the harder ones.

Reporting every bug/glitch is also an awesome way to help Talesworld, rather than just giving them money. It's going out of your way to help a Dev team you love, and loves you back.

We do the work for all the other people to enjoy the game in the future. Having a bug hunter badge and VIP in MP is also a cool feat for helping the Devs.

so what happens when you turn off aging and your children stay 1 years old forever?
Or if you simply turn it off for the player and let the children age then they will be older than you as the years go on.
