  1. some enemies do not charge or fight during battles

    During battle, some times a few of the enemies won't move for the entire duration of the fight.  They don't charge from their starting position and they don't fight or move even when you run to them.  Usually it's just a couple enemies that'll get stuck like this while the rest of the enemies...

  2. Stuttering

    I'm also experiencing massive stuttering during fast travel.  The game will drop to 0 fps while fast traveling and has quite a few hiccups even while traveling at normal speed.  Turned graphics settings to their minimum and problem persists.  My system specs are:

    Nvidia GTX 770
    i5-4670k
    Windows 7 64 bit

    All drivers are updated.
