  1. 3.7061 pre-release discussion

Thank you so much for all you and your teams hard work! I know some very small minority complain about things but they don't speak for the VAST majority.  Again thanks for all the time and effort that goes into this mod. It brings lots of hours of entertainment to a lot of people, myself included.

    Love this mod!
  2. I'd like a refund.

You people defending them. Sad sad sad.

This isn't a NEW game. It's not a new engine. It's not built from scratch. It's not "cutting edge" and therefore prone to bugs. This is nothing more than a large mod (Brytenwalda 2.0 anyone?) so it's not like we're trouncing down new paths here. This is ALL an old hat development wise. They've expanded some but I have yet to see anything in this "DLC" that other mods haven't done. In fact the AI combat is so much better in other mods it's crazy we don't have some of those options.

    Such as:
Pre-combat AI orders. Other mods allow you go order (for example) to have your archers form a line and hold fire, infantry advance 10 paces and spread out. Cavalry form a wedge.  All from a nice pre-battle  menu. What do we get....this "dlc".

Just so dissapointed in this "DLC" that I'm getting more and more angry the more I type, so meh. I'm done with this thing for a very long time.
  3. Hotfix is coming.

And the hotfix is going to fix......what exactly?

No info at all? Just "hotfix coming" , I'm sure the people in the cubicle next to you could probably give you a few of the items they're addressing couldn't they? Yeah It's coming off pissy, but that's because I bought this steaming pile of crap and it's a buggy mess. Amazing how many GLARING bugs, which are staring us in the face, yet you failed to address and fix them before release. Wonder why that is......?

    Sorry, it's pathetic.
  4. The REAL reason why this DLC is performing bad and crashing - Including Tips-

I find it AMAZING you "developers" (I use that term lightly) failed to do this before you released this pile of crap.

  5. Noob question-Can't really find an answer

Hey thanks for the all answers!! I didn't realize the game was so open ended.

Another question for you all. Does my character level determine how large and powerful the wandering bands are?
  6. Noob question-Can't really find an answer

I've tried searching but I can't really find anything that answers my questions suitably enough.  I've recently picked up Warband and installed the mod so I'm still quite new at this. What's considered "Early-mid-late" game and how do you judge where you're at? My fear is that I'm spending...

Apparantly I butthurt a few people by (not really) insulting their computers.. Didn't mean to do that, at all, really, but still the fact remains there is no memory leak.

About the memory usage - the task manager does the trick for huge memory leaks and objects created (which is what people are stating is the fact) My very own C++ programming teacher told me that, so I'm trusting him over you - furthermore the devs ran memory leak finders (on the code) and it all turned up without memory leaks.

Again, there is no memory leak, I'm not sure where this myth has come from, but that's what it is, a myth. :???:

I registered just to reply to this garbage. You have no idea what you're talking about. Using task manager?? For REAL?? Yeah developers use task manager to find them.. /rolleyes. I mean NJAMD, YAMD, VALGRIND, DELEAKER (and way more) would actually be usefull..but you already know that since you're a C++ "programmer"  ...I'd hate to see you program anything to be honest.

the guy think hes a programmer.

I hope that's not aimed at me as I've been programming for many many moons now.
