    My desktop resolution is 1920x1080, as is my monitor. My monitor is 144hz

    I turned sharpening to 100 and that seems to have improved the fuzzyness part of the issue, although the label for resolution still says desktop resolution no matter what the config file says. It could be any resolution, but all say desktop resolution.
