    Update from me. I have to spend a good amount of time for RL-issues and that is the reason, why the modeling was really slow. Additionally I had to figure out, how the rigging works. Thanks to Yoshi I managed to get it working. The rigged armor is not ingame, but I will test it later. The rigging is completely done by me, so are the textures and the models, made by me. The dragon is in an alpha stage and will get a custom rig.

    Additionally, I improved my polycount again. I try to make the items look as good as possible, but keep the performance high. I know this is very useful, when using the battle sizer :wink:.

    Keep tuned, we are undead.

    Yeah, we are all dead people. We are developing a dead mod. So we are zombies developing a mod? Thanks for the compliment.

    The feature list is long, I confess. On the other hand, it´s good to have features planned, instead of reaching a point, where no features can´t be imagened anymore. It is a brainstorm and should be considered this way. Speaking of potential and latent potential of the mod...

    Maybe I can help out with textures. I only want to know, what you have in mind. Which textures are needed? Should they be with strong opacity, or be a little less "in the foreground"?.

    When I know that, then I can try to make a texture, uvmap it on a model and show it to you. Then you can decide, whether its good enough or not.  :wink:

    EDIT: Here is something I made. The texture isn´t low res. My modeling package can´t show a size above 512x512 pixel. The texture is still in 2048x2048 pixel.

    @Kazaan: I know it has a campaign. But its no different than the stock M&B one.  I want the universe in M&B, not only part of it. That´s my point.

    I also want to know, whether it is for M&B or M&B Warband. To say it bluntly: I would hate a Warhammer mod for Warband, because I want a SP mod and roam around. I like the feeling of being in a multiplayer game, but then with multiplayer campaign map or you can scrap it. These skirmish battles are maybe 3/10 of the actual game and I want the whole thing with management and strategic gameplay, not only the tactical element.
    That´s just my opinion. Therefore I never bought Warband.

    Just my 5 cents.

    Edit: Doesn´t seem to be so bad, Moose. I like the 3D model.

    Yeah, there were many mods, which did want to transfer the Warhammer universe into M&B. I am not a particular fan of Warhammer, but would like to see it ingame. I wish you good luck for that.

    The working points you mentioned are solid and not over-the-top. I think it could be managable, because I also created several mods, which I didn´t release.

    I would certainly like to see your 3D model. I would love to see an 3D model, which looks actually close to the 2D artwork. This is however a difficult task, but anyway I wish you luck.

    Problem with upgradeoptions for one trooptype

    I think I will do it with 2 upgrade options, but I lower the experience needed for the upgrade for the units.
    But I will consider your idea, many thanks.

    The initial idea was to create a wide diversity of troop types, so the player can choose his/her personal style. I will exchange all information from the old troops with the new troops. Some exceeding in archery, some in melee (they are not easily going down) and maybe some in between. Throwing is also a possibility.

    I wanted additionally to create a gap between cut, pierce and blunt damage. My beserker type as example has a high cut value, because it is really strong. But the thrust damage is nothing, because you need technique and not brute force.

    One item is ingame and that is named "trash". It´s a metal piece and the swadian_recruits (tainted_recruits) use it.

    Yeah, I found out myself. Stupid TW. Only 2 upgradetypes, that sucks. It makes it now more difficult to add enough upgrades to my troops.
    Anyway, thanks for the help!

    Thanks for the reply. As I know, it should be possible with the upgrade3 option, because the functions are defined locally in the files.
    Thanks for giving me the hint with the party screen. Maybe I can make a workaround if I don´t find a proper solution.
