As King, Ive had a feast in my town at least 5 times, each lasting 5 days and my storeroom is full to the gills but yet I have not had a single lord of my kingdom show up. What gives?

please don't say we are now losing troops at sea during storms. I have 27 at sea, go through a storm and land with 21 and the missing happen to be my best warriors.

Since Ive established my independence and conquered my first town, twice now when Ive gone into villages to save the farmers against  bandits, Im in command of bunch of horsemen in a very orderly formation that do absolutely nothing when the bandits attack. nor will any formations or commands...

After taking a town as my own entity, I made the mistake of appointing one of my companions as minister. The town was almost immediately recaptured and my companion disappeared and I have no clue where he is 2 months later. Is he just out of the game or what?

The river map is truly a crock. Doesn't work right for the ai and doesn't work right for my army. If I see the river map with the bridge I immediately leave or reload a save. I either chase or lure an enemy away from the river just not to get that sorry map.

Since garrison size is factored by town prosperity and its given a numeric value, this in relation to marshals conscripting ones troops. I have one fort that is wretched and one that is struggling. Is there a chart somewhere that gives me a numeric value for prosperity?

I had 396 troops in one of my 2 forts. Im off doing some stuff for a while and I come back and theres only 197. Is there something Im missing here?

Are there any real tangible benefits from increasing your reputation other than being an all around good guy?

Why is my renown dwindling on daily basis? I have to run around playing entrepreneur to pay for my army and if Im not waging war daily its steadily reducing. I can see if I didn't  do anything for an extended period of time but people don't forget who you are in a day.

Is it worth upgrading my refuge the final 10000? I find I only use it to train low level troops. The rest of the bennies I can get in town. Also I notice a lot of people battle on mounts. I like using an ax and being part of the shield wall and since I cant rundown anybody, I use a bow to pick...

running beta 1.04. started a new game in Norway. there are about 15 robbers dens all in one small area, almost right on top of each other. afraid to go near that area again for fear of sprouting more of them.

Im sure its somewhere on the forum but couldn't find it. My party size limit is at 197. I have one attack boat that holds 55. so when Im on the sea I see the party size limit is 55. what I don't understand is if I only have 47 men on board, why am I taking a 23 hit on moral for over the party...

just got released from my vassalship and want to besiege a town. yet all I can do is enter it.

Im a vassal of swadia and when the last castle went down everyone disappeared. now swadia is waging war with everyone to regain lost territory yet Im the only one doing the fighting. how can I break the vassalage oath now without anyone to break it with?
