After deleting the shaders file I have noticed that the items do look better however there is still a difference between how it is presented on the male and female character.

I have verified and reinstalled my game, the graphical issue still persists so i have uploaded my save aswell

This issue happens to me when I equip the battanian noble gauntlets (both the scale and normal version) on a male character, try unequipping some clothings to see if this solves you issue for the short term

Ok that i have never experienced before, some more info or screenshot would do the devs great in isolating that situation though.

Try leaving the conversation and passing time on the map screen without moving, in my experience the lord usually moves and you are able to continue playing normally

This bug can be manually bypassed by just passing time, do not move your character just leave the dialog and pass time, the lord with the recalculate and move within the world. Try it out and let me know if it works for you, it did for me.
