Just for reminder. I still got the same issue with a game at the moment.

1. Launch the game.
2. After it crashes, open the program Event Viewer.
3. On the left, expand "Windows Logs" and then "System".
4. All the way to the right, Click "Filter Current Log".
5. By "Logged", choose the "Custom range" option.
6. Switch the "To" option to "Events On" and hit "OK"
7. Check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error", and hit OK.
8. All the way to the right, Click "Save Filtered Log File As".
9. Name the file whatever you want and upload it to Google Drive.

I tried all possible solutions proposed in this threads (Crash Checklist and Common Issues and Workarounds), but the problem is still with me.
For some reason I can't use Crash uploader, error message appears after I press on Send button. See error message on attached image.

I have a similar issue. But I can launch the game. The problems starts when I try to start new campaign/sandbox/battle. After this I see load screen and after short time the message about crash. In Event viewer I see following:
