    good idea, but with current status of AI, all troops will just jump to the wall and conquer it by overcrowding.

    I don't think this problem would be resolved by adjusting the physical parameters like minimum distance etc. I think this is a AI problem. For example in the RBM soldiers don't jiggle and wobble because they don't get close in the first place.
    I second this. Collision is not the only reason of jittering. AI behavior has the major contribution to this problem, every unit just want to face hug the enemy in front of them, resulting mass pushing of units from rear to front.

    AI needs to understand that if they are on the 2nd line, they should be more defensive and less aggressive (that sounds like total war game, not really, since 1st line is not a 1v1 simulated fight).

    Just simply increase daily xp on troops tier 1-4 for AI lords. On this way, AI lords can maintain a mid to high tier party

    Currently we can only change the scale of crafting piece from 90-110. I suggest to widen the range to 70-110 so we can have option and free will when crafting a weapon and its size.

    Daily task feature is not a good thing. It will make you feel like you are working to complete the tasks than playing the game to enjoy.

    These are pathetic excuses, no one forced the developers to replace working mechanics with bugs and shortcomings. Why is there a beta version of the game? In order for all bugs and problems without fixes to be included in the main version of the game?!
    Your complaints, rants and feedbacks on new introduced mechanics are the point of being in EA. Pat yourself on the shoulder, you are doing it right.
  9. TW make reinforcements spawn outside the map limits and march into battle area

    Yeah RBM already improved the reinforcement. Reinforcement spawn in batch from far behind of the allied force.
    For me here is the solution from @Pejot ; "They should just split the battle into multiple stages that will happen until one side runs out of units fit to fight. Maybe even with some time passing on the map between this stages. Something like battles taking a couple of days to resolve."
    Did you mean troops spawn per round? Like 500vs500, after that, the map will reset and spawn the next 500vs500 or remaining troops?

    You cannot overwrite some vanilla IDs with just xml, in case of troop/troop tree, the new equipment set from your mod will mixed up with the vanilla.

    You alternative choices are:
    1. Copy the whole troop tree and give each troops with custom character ID. After that, create custom partyTemplates then edit spculture.xml to update the basic, elite troops and partyTemplate of specific culture.

    It will never be fixed anyway since its not a problem in TW's perspective as they designed the BL spears as anti-cavalry only (tho, its not actually working), so yeah.

    Case in point, the above "spear rework" video uploaded by Grovin Angroshim, on YouTube. That video basically encapsulates everything wrong with how spears are in the current game, and at the same time why "spear rework" mods aren't any kind of solution at all.

    But again, where's the distance? The fight itself, like in the case of individual combat, has no difference at all. There's no distance between the lines, and just shields clash into shields with zero distance.
    You may consider combining Spear Rework and RBM AI module.

    I tried this before but it does work on my mod.

    you can see in my project file that its currently uncommented since its not working. I mainly change the following:

    MakesRearAttackDamageThreshold
    ThrustCombatSpeedGraphZeroProgressValue
    StunPeriodAttackerThrust

    all these tweaks are not working when calling it using myproj file.

    I'm alos curious in genreral what the testing process is like.
    In my work (game support/outsourcing), our tester always receive the weekly patch 1 week before the release. They run all possible scenario related to changes of the patch. Major patch/update is being tested a month before public release.
