There's always something countering something. But AI is just so stupid that it doesn't even feel that way

You should be able to trade fiefs by default. But since it's not working yet (See the spiffing's brit video) I understand why it's locked

When you go to town and try to attack bandits inside there's a very high chance that even with tier 5 units they are gonna beat your ass since you can't use proper armor and weapons inside a city EVEN IF YOU OWN IT!

It just seems absolutely useless and plain cut right now. There's practically nothing implemented in kingdom management. Lords leave you for no reason, you don't get relationship boost/penalty for giving fiefs to whoever you want (It's useless for them to spend influence to get a fief) you can't...

It's almost impossible to get a positive trait. Executing people should give negative mercy not negative honor and obviously there's almost no way to improve relationships with anyone. When you are a king and grand land to someone it does not improve your relationships so it's a sinkhole right...

There are literally 2 types of crossbows on sale and none of them is a beginner (0 lvl to start)

I play as a khuzate and have only horseman in my party and still can't go even close to speed step bandits are moving. I mean 7.1 speed is just rediculous especially when they offer a mission to kill these bandits. They're just impossible to catch
