Three years on, Neko is being a major pain in the ass. My company isn't setup to fight, so I lose to him every time. He seppuku's every time and the guy in the tavern thanked me for killing him, when I didn't.

There haven't been any new patches in months, so don't expect any either.

Taleworlds didn't really make this game, as confusing as they made it out to be, it's made by another company using an older M&B engine (they started before Warband was made, I guess).

I've never tried the POL, but I use the Crossover product successfully with Warband.

Even better actually, not that my system didn't have trouble hitting 60 fps on a 1080p resolution with max hdr, shaders and textures.

I have to second that the download process could be better. The 4shared link doesn't work, I registered on nexusmods and downloaded both files - one the main and one a patch, but both were ~200mb big (how is that a patch?), and the files I ended up with were titled: Light&Darkness - Heroes of Calradia1.010.exe and Light&Darkness - Heroes of Calradia1.031.exe . I didn't get the 1.032 somehow even though it's advertised as latest and I used links on both sections.

I've had #2 happen a fair bit of time. When the second battle comes around, I stopped joining it just leaving, then you wait a bit and your army gets defeated. I agree it could be clarified so you don't have to waste your time.

I helped a lord defeat a giant bandit army, and his army balooned to 1400 units - it seems he took on all of the prisoners, disregarding any sorts of limits... or even his wage budget? 

Is it possible for the WSEProfilerGUI to require a lower version of .NET, or does it depent on 4.0 features?

How did you give throwers a shield? Would checking their equipment and giving 1 shield per unit stack do it?

Also, cavalry has good armour because they can afford it! They're the elites of a society, rich folks from rich families. It's always been that way...
