i understand your thought process. something akin to the "not to flee because of low moral" perk in leadership. I thought the whole time it was some changes that broke the game mechanics like how programming went wrong.
honestly i thought this issue was a bug. If someone from taleworlds is reading this: I get your idea, for a cheering animation, but the fact that it puts your commands of your troops off is way more frustrating than it has to be. guys please work on stuff that doesn´t work yet instead of making things worse on aspects of the game that work
suggestion: please link the encyclopedia entries of the possible companions to their character screen. This way you can see all the required stats and the level with just one click of a button. thanks

please change the current "inventory" menu with something like "clan inventory", and let us equip our companions even when they have there own party, to avoid having an endgame companion wearing rags from a looter. by the way big thanks for letting us play this game in it´s early stages! I love to see the improvement first hand and beeing a part in it´s development!
1. you should have the option to pick the perks for your companions when they lvl up even when they have their own group.
2. you should get linked to the stats of the recruitable companions when you open their enzyclopedia page
i had a potenial bug in the 1.4.3 beta version. if you kick a companion with a assigned role out of your party you can´t reasign the role to other players. And the bug i mentioned earlier that affected the charcoal perk effekts the other crafting perks to. i can make tamaskene steel with lvl 1 charas in smithing when i choose the one companion, that has this perk and then switch to the lvl 1 chara. pretty sure it´s not intended to work like that.
i have a suggestion: could you include a searchfunction in the enzyclopedia with witch you can search for villages by their production? it would help a lot. thanks
i found a bug in the 1.4.3 beta version. If you create charcoal with the efficiant charcoal maker perk and change to a character witch doesn´t have the perk it stays like he would have the perk.
