  1. Battle calculation is broken

I have 140 troops, most of whom are elite ones. Enemy has 50 troops of rabble what is OK for a lord in the middle of a long war. After I send troops I get more than 20 casualties (forgetting about the wounded) and most of dead are elite troops. WTF?!
  2. We ABSOLUTELY need camel as a sigil on our banner.

Camels are the best living creatures in this game. I have options to put horses, bears, even damn snakes on my banner but why can't I use a camel?!
  3. Immersion - Break off thrown weapons from shield

Yeah, totally cool. However, right now it's somewhere in the end of the list, devs need to fix sooooo many things
  4. Companions

At least give us some companions who aren't rogues, fighters, healers or scouts. I haven't seen an engineer, commander or steward in like ever.
  5. Smithing Needs Refining

So I made a mistake... I put focus points into smithing. I thought "Oh, it would be cool to design my own sword and use it, maybe sell some to make money..." No, turns out smithing is just staring at a screen, hitting the random button until the right combo comes up, hitting forge, then smelting it back down until you have to rest and do it again. Then there's the unlocking system. I've hit lvl 65ish smithing and I have unlocked a lot of pommels but no new blades. So I can never make a useful weapon. Let's just say that I'm frustrated that I spent any points on smithing. I'm sure that one day it will be cool to make whatever weapon I want but until then its just so dreadfully slow. It's a chore not a game. At this point you might as well put a slider on that lets you spend resources and gold to level up smithing instead of having us go through the tedium of forging, smelting, and resting.

I can think of two things to improve the system

    1. In general, increase the pace of leveling.
    2. Add recipes to stores where you can buy specific blueprints. Maybe even add quests to find certain blueprints. Go to a village and get the quest "find family heirloom" and at the end you get a blueprint to the weapon that you find for the quest giver.
You get new weapon parts when you smelt corresponding weapons.
  6. Lack of elite troops

What i'm suggesting is by having faster training both you and the AI, there will be more epic battles that wont be that one sided so you will have casualties even if you have an elite army but with faster training and more ways to do so (not only farming looters) that is more balanced in my opinion and more fun, that is the main point.
Instead of changing XP rate I would've just upgraded recruits a bit. Maybe giving them spears is a good idea after all.
  7. Lack of elite troops

If you have good relations with villages and cities - you can recruit t2-t4 troops most of the time. Just don't pick recruits. And lords? Lords want to get an army ASAP after being defeated, so they get any recruit they can find. I spent first three months completing quests and I can pick from first three spaces in recruiting menu. Troops levelup on their own while recruiting menu is full so if your lords aren't taking anyone they find - you can come each few weeks and take 5-10 t2-t4 troops.
  8. Endless starvation loop

OK, I did some more research and figured out even bigger BS. Prosperity is CONSUMING food. I can understand that for cities, more citizens - need more food etc. BUT HOW CAN THE POPULACE OF THE CASTLE EAT 5 TIMES MORE THAN 70 SOLDIERS?! IS THERE 350 servants inside? Are you damn kidding me? I guess that the mechanic should be overhauled somehow. There is no way soldiers I put in the garrison to protect my nation should leave the garrison because all food goes to support some useless prosperity that shouldn't even be a stat for military castle. It's a city stat dammit.
  9. Endless starvation loop

I've checked one of the borderline castles in my counrty, Khuzaits. Prosperity is +1 due to loyalty and -8 due to food shortage, resulting in -7 total. But guess what? Food is +5 because of the lands around the castle, -2 due to the garrison it needs to feed aaaaaaaand... DAMN -11 because of...
  10. A bit of money for our poor lords.

I like the dynamics of losing and winning battles they are going for. I don't like giving the AI a crutch and a safety net for the sake of it, and they spawn with a big army days after a loss. It's fake and makes me want to cheat and spawn some troops of my own lol
They don't spawn with armies at all dude. They have the same mechanisms player has: recruiting in settlements and taking troops from garrison.
  11. A bit of money for our poor lords.

At the moment Bannerlord has realistic economy and that's good. Lords get money, lords spend it on troops, etc. However, money the lord gets from fiefs is barely enough to sustain his castles. After a few big battles the losing side is almost pennyless and can't assemble an army, and that leads...
  12. Resolved Family Feud can't be completed.

There is one thing you absolutely need to know, you need to walk to the person manually in this quest, if you just click the portrait of the quest NPC and spawn next to him - quest companion wouldn't spawn.
  13. How can I add Bannerlord to my TW account if I bought it on Steam?

Previous games allowed to export keys from Steam library but Bannerlord doesn't have such option. I have the full collection of Mount&Blade games and I'd like to finish this masterpiece with a crown jewel of Bannerlord.
  14. So Let's make a list of what features are missing from this "early access"

So just from watching streams I noticed the following things.

    Kingdom making: Definetly present
    Diplomacy:
    Definetly present
    Heir system:
(Haven't seen this yet, believe it's not in)
    Crimes and Punishment: Not present
    Heat map: Not present
Weapon Physics: Present but not perfect
Unique maps for ever location: Unfinished
    Quest content: Definetly present
    Crafting: Definetly present
Siege weapons: Haven't seen this (yet)
    Kingdom Managment: Definetly present
Settlement projects: Haven't seen this (yet)
    Persuation system: Definetly present
    Clan renown: Definetly present
    Dynasties: Definetly present
    Criminal enterprises: Definetly present
    Accompanying Parties: Definetly present
    Inquire location from NPC:
    Definetly present.

And this is day 1 of Early acces, now quit whinging.

P.s: They mentioned various times that co-op would not be in early acces or the normal release but that it might be something to look into in the future.
Kudos to a person who wouldn't whine how bannerlord isn't warband and how they did expect a fully polished game of the year even if clearly stated "Early Access"
  15. Village regeneration bug

"In settlement" +5 to healing rate bonus is added when you are in a village screen but if you hit "wait" and start waiting - the bonus disappears. It works in cities tho.
