I also noticed that on higher lvls lords are escaping less frequently, but I haven’t tested that, it’s only my guess.

I play as a female and it’s Lucand for sure. (In rl I am a straight man but I must admit that he’s still hot af with that scar.)

I had the same issue.

Then I discovered that if you turn 36, you’re no longer able to get married. Not sure if it’s bug or mechanics, but it’s pretty annoying in any case.

Fortunately, there is a possible solution for your gameplay. Download Developer Console mod and change your age. If it’s your case, I will gladly write you a tutorial, if you need. But it’s quite easy.

Actually, after some experience it’s not hard to beat it only with a few casualties. Still, it sucks that you aren’t able to choose the troops.

P.S. Remember that the “Hold your fire” order (F4) is set by default in hideout raids.

You’re definitely right. But I don’t sell them for money. I sell them, because it’s in fact the only thing besides execution that makes sense. I’m used to play long runs in M&B, so I don’t really need executions (and I don’t want negative traits).

Yes, this is quite serious bug. Sometimes you must travel along with army for bunch of days just to speak with one lord when the army breaks up.

Please, give us the option to speak with any lord of any faction’s army.

Thanks. But I think you’re just lucky, I don’t really think that it has impact. At least in Warband it had not.

But I must admit that since I was complaining here, no lord has escaped from my captivity.

EDIT: Probably because I sell them immediately in the nearest tavern everytime.

After activating the trade perk, I have the problem as well.

After the numerous patches I really love the game and I must say that devs have done very good job so far. But…

These damned hideout raids are really the only part of the game that I totally hate. I hate it so much I stopped doing all quests related to them.

Please, give us the option of troops selection.

I captured two lords and after literally a few hours they were gone.

Does anyone examined why lords keeps escaping so often, please? I wonder if it’s bug or game mechanics (i.e. it’s bounded to some skill etc.).

I don’t think so. The colour really varies from pink to black. And my banner is black & grey.

Nevertheless, every colour looks good. But the problem is that the colour changes everytime I enter my inventory.
