Just want to compare notes. In all my 4 play-throughs Battania is the first faction to dissapear, Northern empire is steamrolled by Khuisaids, western by Vlandia. Aserai is also usually beaten up. Is it the same for everyone, or is it random?

Don't you think that caravans are being a bit too quick? They should be slower than an average mixed party. However, at least I have ofter trouble catching them(maybe becsuse they have a lot of horses in the party inventory?)

Correct me if Im wrong, but horses(and other pack animals) right now dont consume any food which allows you have almost infinite carrying capacity without any drawbacks( I think I havent sold any horses in all my play-thoughts). Introducing additional grain consumption for horsed and mounted...
