I'm sorry you feel that way? What I'm telling you is that the issue you're having is not the one I'm having. For whatever reason your troops are running into issues like that. So why not try telling them to stand apart more? There is a command for that.
I actually do know what you're talking about and I seem to find no issue with it because, from my over 200+ hours in Bannerlord already I have NEVER run into a mess of a battle with large armies. And my battles last as long as they need to last, 'til the last man in the enemy force breaks or dies.
I mean I don't have the problems you seem to be having, my guy. I actually use formations and tactics to flank around the enemy instead of just creating a wall of meat in front of my archers.
Maybe people just like to play with larger battles... which is why there was a battle size mod for Warband. Even if we have 1000 people will still want larger battles.
Right, these are what they recommend solely to just run their software on your machine. This is not accounting for anything else you are also doing at the same time. (i.e. Browsing the web with bloated browsers, running background apps, opening new windows/apps, etc). So if all you're doing is running Bannerlord then yeah, this is perfectly fine if it wasn't an unoptimized mess right now.
True, this is the fault of lackluster AI right now though. Once they improve these aspects of the game I feel it'll be more of a real challenge, at least I hope so.
I mean that's just an opinion and preference. I don't find it boring at all, I find it interesting to have to use tactics and different strategies to outmaneuver enemies that share the same strengths I do.
Could have it take place along a road outside of a castle or in the countryside to simulate an "ambush" situation. Protect the King as he makes his way from one end to the other to escape the ambush.
Not debating these points here, I was just baffled you said the "Great Zimbabwe" is not to be included in the Middle Ages when... it was literally founded and fell to ruin during the course of the Middle Ages.
Please, do enlighten me oh sage one, when did the "Great Zimbabwe" rise and fall? Was it... by any chance... during the 11th-15th Century maybe? Or was it.. perhaps the 12th-15th Century? Hmm, oh and also... do you happen to have the historically agreed upon date for the end of the Middle Ages?
Exactly the point a few of us have been trying to make to "some" people in this topic, but it's futile. Hopefully TW decides to do it in a DLC, but if not we always have the modding community.
I wouldn't bother trying to point out obvious African factions/nations that influenced Europe during the time period. It's been nearly 20 pages of trying to do that with various people claiming it's irrelevant. ?
