I think recruits should use spears and shields- or even axes in the case of Sturgia and Battania, maybe Aserai too? Recruits having swords just doesn't make sense, only first tier nobles should have swords.

Dealing with a pack of wolves that have been killing livestock might be a good village quest.

Hunting would be pretty cool as an alternative to tournaments/a way to get some more food while money is tight. Pigs, chickens, and dogs are already in the game, so animating wild boar, pheasants, and wolves wouldn't be too much trouble. There could also be a few hunting related perks in the archery and scouting skill lines. Probably better off being a modded thing over an official thing though.

With all the huge lakes in Calradia, I figure sea travel is on the horizon. That'll open up Aserai lands quite a bit. Vlandian and Sturgian too.

I don't think people should be banned or kicked just for being bad at the game, and I think a ban/kick system has major potential for abuse in that area if not implemented properly- I've seen it happen a lot in other games. Some people vote to kick just because they can. People griefing their own team intentionally is definitely an issue though, yeah. Maybe a three strike system? People can vote to give you a strike, and if you get three in 24 hours during different matches then you're kicked, and any other strike after that gets you a temporary ban.

Poros starts in the Southern Empire, not the Western Empire, but other than that detail I think the map is looking great
