(Please Contribute!) What kind of Mods do you want to see?

    1. Custom Clan Troops. Better equipment increases their wages, but you can choose almost anything. There are mods that let you make custom troops, but they're not recruitable, you have to create them yourself in xml and have to spawn them in with the console, so I'm not satisfied.
    2. Harem/polygamy. Just let me have multiple wives, that'd be neat.
    3. A kingdom policy that makes burning villages a war crime and allows for execution with no penalty of any lord doing it. Such policy should also make lords less likely to actually burn villages. Also honorable lords should never do it. I find it silly how honorable/merciful/generous lords burn down villages all the time.
    4. 5th weapon slot.

EDIT: Ok, I realized after writing this that we were supposed to talk about mods that actually require modding tools, so oops. In that case, Gekokujo and any mods set in the real world.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.5.1

The Inn and Out quest does not currently give any relation with the quest giver, does this work as intended?
It doesn't, it's been like this since 1.5.0 beta. It should give a reward and relation increase, but it only gives renown.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.5.0

King of Vlandians dead in first 100 turns
In my game Arzagos died within the first year, making the main questline impossible.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.5.0

'Inn and Out' quest isn't giving any rewards. No relation change, no money, only renown.

Resolved Can't form kingdom after leaving as vassal (1.5)

In my game (1.5.0) Arzagos died within the first year. Could be that they're both dead in your case, which would make the main quest impossible, but luckily you can still create a kingdom without it.

Resolved [e1.5.0 Beta] Quest "Family feud" - the game says "Failed" though the quest is completed

Yes, according to the journal: first you get the reward, then the game removes the NPC you were supposed to protect from your party, and then the quest "fails" because the NPC is no longer in your party.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.5.0

    paths and roads are added
Oh boy! I had suggested this back in early april, that's awesome!

On the other hand there still doesn't seem to be anything about the memory leaks some of us are having, so my game will remain unplayable beyond about 30-60 minutes at a time.

Resolved Memory Leaks on Windows 7

I still have this problem as well. It's been like this since day 1, and it's pretty much unchanged. I have since started using 3rd party software to manually clean my RAM from time to time, but it's still flooding my pagefile, so I can't entirely avoid the problem, or at least I don't know how to.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.4.3

I am no longer getting a crash after character creation! This hotfix finally allows me to play 1.4.3, thanks!

Resolved game crashes e1.4.3 (on version 1.4.2 everything works)

Today's hotfix fixed it! I am no longer getting a crash after character creation. The game properly loaded the tutorial, and the campaign map. Nice!

Resolved game crashes e1.4.3 (on version 1.4.2 everything works)

Just as others, I don't get the shader error, only a crash after character creation (and visual calibration after I tried reinstalling the entire game and removed the settings file as well).
Wish we could just somehow upvote someone elses post to agree, cause we're just spamming the topic with similar massages to confirm at this point.

Resolved game crashes e1.4.3 (on version 1.4.2 everything works)

I'll add my dump to the collection (Windows 7): 2020-08-10_11.43.45_7ab357bfc398218ae12a5e1b2b480808

Verifying files and removing everything Bannerlord related (including LauncherData.xml) and reinstalling the entire game doesn't help.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.4.3

This is pretty weird. Do you know if you are the only one having this issue or there more people in the same situation?
I have seen many people reporting this issue, but it is still certainly a minority.

    Beta Patch Notes e1.4.3

For me 1.4.3 still crashes at character creation, so I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I was hoping today's hotfix would help, but it unfortunately didn't. Hopefully this problem will be resolved by the time 1.4.3 gets pushed to stable.

1.4.3 Beta Crash After Character Creation

I just came back to Bannerlord after 2-3 months and this is the problem I'm currently having. Crash after character creation in 1.4.3. I tried removing all mods, verifying game files and finally completely uninstalling the entire game and redownloading it from zero. No luck, the problem persists and I cannot play. I have sent a crash report, hopefully it'll be fixed before this version goes to stable branch.

Resolved Main quest blocking: Can't create Kingdom, saying I'm not independent [e1.1.0beta]

Have you experienced this issue again on the latest version of the game?
Not sure about the OP, but I have. Slightly different version of it anyway.

Wanted to go along with the main quest and 'create an imperial faction'. Got the banner, conquered Epicrotea, fulfilled the requirements, and in the quest it even says "You have fulfilled all requirements to create your kingdom. Tell Istiana that you will support your own kingdom once you have created one."

The only thing I can tell Istiana now is "I'm still working on it". Creating a kingdom through the clan menu doesn't advance the quest, because as soon as I do it, my 'independence' gets unticked.
So I can't talk to Istiana to create a kingdom, and if I create it myself I can't advance the quest.

    Need More Info "Teleportation" Bug

As far as I know this happens when you have your wife in your party. She gets a call to join an army and for that instance issues a command (to your party) to move towards it. If you happen to be waiting in a town when an army is created, upon leaving the town you'll be teleported as far as your party would've traveled towards that army in the time that passed since it's creation.
Please do tell if you can prove this theory wrong, but I'm 85% sure that's the issue.

In Progress Memory leaks are still present(1.4.1 beta)

At that same period, upon loading up previous saved game, will your background music sounds corrupted in beginning?
Not sure, I never really load a save while in-game. Whenever something bad happens that would make me want to load, I use the opportunity to restart the whole game to get some RAM back, and restarting fixes any problems for the next 30 minutes or so.
I don't recall music sounding 'corrupted' at any time, other than sometimes simply stopping for a second or two.

In Progress Memory leaks are still present(1.4.1 beta)

There is a "Bannerlord performance test" patch available, people who are having these issues should probably give that a try so that devs can gather data, if you haven't already done so.
Considering the nature of the problem, I'm not sure it would work. As far as I understand you're supposed to make a short video of the issue (using the tool), which will get some data attached to it. But the issue is RAM being filled up making everything borderline unusable, which could make the tool unusable. At least that's my assumption based on trying to record Bannerlord Youtube videos, which failed miserably.

In Progress Memory leaks are still present(1.4.1 beta)

Memory leaks are definitely still there on some PCs, but not all. I have 16GBs of DDR3 RAM and I can clearly see on my memory monitoring software RAM filling up as time passes. Depending on what I'm doing I may need to restart the game after as little as 30 minutes, but usually around an hour, otherwise performance suffers. Big battles are the biggest culprit, but if I have loads of items in my inventory, even opening and closing it noticeably increases RAM use, and each time some of it never gets flushed.
I have started using CleanMem to clean my memory mid game to help with the issue which works to some degree, BUT... the game seems to be writing a lot to my pagefile (virtual memory), which I cannot clear without restarting. So even if I clean my memory and cache, the "commit total" value remains over 16GBs, affecting the performance and continuing to fill up.
