Sorry I hope this is not too late. I had a similar problem and fixed it by adding those phrases and words to the Windows recognizer dictionary. Open the menu on the top right corner of VoiceMacro saying: "Click to show settings and about menu". Then open "windows speech recognizer"->"recognizer dictionary". Add all the words you want to use like infantry, horse archers,shieldwall, form a, ... You also might want to train speech recognition at least three times. To do that go to the same menu. It's bellow the dictionary option. Hope this could help you too.
