This probably has been said before, but it should be said again. What is more broken then smithing in this game? probably this.
You lose maybe 100 troops, but you can lead your army 1/3 of the attackers size into a sieged settlement and easily win, capturing everyone because the AI is not...
Reposting this because i put it in general discussion, not sure if its seen. But it would make a huge difference since its very odd to pretend that writing doesn't exist and it addresses something really tedious in the game that gets in the way of good gameplay/the core of the game(fighting...
I don't know what the policy of this game is re mods & achievements(don't use mods) but this game's combat and basic formula is great. There was a huge amount of work done on the game and it shows. The problem is sometimes just very small details get left out and get in the way of that formula...
You can make peace if you choose to restore the empire with any faction that goes to war with you, but it doesn't seem like you can barter for peace with any of the imperial factions if you decide to make an independent kingdom. It seems like you're in a permanent state of war. You can even...
I can confirm that this now just affects any town/settlement when defending. They don't do anything unless the enemy is directly in melee range, and some of them don't even attack back. they just sit there blocking. This needs a fix.
Town for specific reference is Zeonica, but it seems to apply...
I don't really do tournaments outside of the beginning playthrough. They're relatively easy once you get the hang of the game without autoblock but take longer than running down medium to largish packs of looters. The reknown becomes too much work when you can just autocalc a group of looters...
Faction, Nothern Empire
City: Amitatys.
Title. I'm just an observer, i didn't participate in the siege, but noticed it since i'm trying to make my own faction. Their army is moving 'in place' and doesn't seem like it can get out of it. A garrison finally popped up in the city, but they're still...
Title. Not sure what else to say - You can't ransom them if they get captured, but it says they've been released because a ransom is paid. then they're sent off into a random place in the world. However, i'm a mercernary and they just got ransomed back to a location i was at. I can only guess my...

I was attacking this as a mercenary as apart of the southern army's attempt to retake this...
I noticed this when attacking phyracoan as the southern empire. The defending units set to meet the troops that broke through the gate via battering ram and then hacking the second gate apart(The Khuzait troops) did absolutely nothing when the troops broke through but remained in formation
I talked to his son falsevor who agreed to come with me to calioc, and headed over to calioc.to face thorgud of calioc. My companions spawn into calioc, but not falsevor. I've tried leaving multiple times. Not sure there is much else to say.
Title. Just made peace with battania because i apparently decided to go to war with them(I didn't). Paid 50k to peace out. Vlandia declares war on Battania, then i 'suddenly' do so again(I didn't). I'm not sure what more information i can add.
Ban Aliq is where opsok the lucky supposedly is. I've gone out there multiple times to see if he is in fact there, went as far as to kill 7 looters who had 1 prisoner with my 200 army to see if he had somehow been captured by them. That wasn't the case. I can only see myself kicking him from the...
A bugged quest destroyed the 'trust' that turiados of canoros had with me. He is the only one who ever has the option to give quests, the other two people in the village never give them.
Clearly bugged, either the village of canoros or the quest giver. I don't remember what quest, it may have...
Again, sort of absurd. Im not sure. I didn't take a screenshot of it but i will get it soon. He was seiging me in Sinopea just before. I had scored all the things necessary for him to flip sides.
They instead choose another destination. Please note this caravan began in Poros, made its first trip to Vostrum, then Sanala, and then was meant to end in Galend.

also please note NO unit upgrades were given to my units despite it...
Title. If you're at max troops for your party, the quest gives you both the horses to deliver and peasents to go with it. It causes desertion in your party - probably not intended
Leaving you to the mercy of defenders who didn't defend it initially, especially when weakened and with significantly reduced movement speed. Makes no sense. Fix this. Happened at erzenur castle.
