    Yea, there's really no point in adding lots of content without fixing the bugs in existing modules.

    To put it differently - do you think an automobile manufacturer puts the entire car together then tests it as one piece? Or do they rigorously test each module to make sure it is robust first?

    Although, given the reliability of some cars maybe some manufacturers are using the first approach... :grin:

    Yea, I think it makes sense that they would be a flurry of bug fixing patches immediately after release, then a slower trickle later on.

    Remove the block delay you've added back

    I know that you guys will probably hate this, but please just listen. Doesn't it actually make sense? Shouldn't you be punished for opening up a side of your body? Because that's exactly how it works in real life fencing.

    I know you are used to Warband where you could block from any position and any strike, but I'll be honest with you I hate that part of the game with all my heart, because it led to frustrating blocking contests and the player that imitated autoblock better usually won.

    Right now, the optimal way of playing as a two-handed weapon or polearm user against an opponent with a one-hander is to turn away and circle around while spamming left and right strikes in order to maximize their range advantage. No blocking needed, because two-handed or polearm users know they will lose if they have to rely on their blocking skill when going up against a one hander. Does this resemble real life fighting in any way or form?

    It's a damn Mount and Musket clone. I don't mind the idea of DLC except that TW releases it as a separate game which means that our tiny Australian community is divided each time they release new content.  They should be upfront about what it is and keep it as a mod.

    Also grats to the place winners, well done sparky I thought you'd need a great sword to maintain psychological balance.  I'm looking forward to watching the videos.

    Average people are beginning to realize that DLC is a messed up business.
