    I had this before. The way I got out of it was by enabling cheats and ctrl+leftclick somewhere on the map to get out, then disable cheats.

    They are dontating them to the garrison or militia I think. if u look at the town after you walk in, it will have messages that pop up saying something like "+5 to the town"
