I was experimenting a bit and I just didnt know if I was doing something wrong with the formations or not, but sounds like they are actually just broken

Is it just me or do the formations not do anything as far as dmg output is concerned?

Square and shield wall work well at absorbing arrow fire, but that seems to be about it. I get the sense the a.i cant fight while maintaining a formation?

(not including loose for archers)

I wouldn't mind if at castles there was a muster option?

Like you deposit money into the reserve, said money gets used to recruit locals/gain exp

They are pretty useless though as it stands

I'm curious how long you guys have been playing? I've had caravans make well over 1K , and currently I have 3-5 shops all making 400+

Caravans are mostly useless because once they get destroyed they don't just respawn. But the shops arnt a bad investment at all. Specially in the long term.

Think my main character is 1000 days + and I have around 3.98 mill. Alot of that was from the workshops / caravans (prior to the patch) allowing my income to build up .

They need to allow shop management like in warband, where you can drop off resources and distribute your product manually

Something I would like to see would be the Western Empire mirroring more of the actual Western Roman Empire

As it stands everyone has a Byzantine look to them.

I understand the Empire as a whole is supposed to be based solely off of the Byzantines (think that's factual lol) but it does lead to a bit bland of an experience in regards to the 3 different Empires

What I'm advocating for is purely visual as well. The South can keep their look, make the West look a bit more "traditional Roman" and the North could probably be a odd mix of the two? Maybe even have some Northern influence
