Only few soldiers get on the walls by siege tower, is anyone working on it?

Is sthere a plan in far future for something like sieges to be devided into parts. Like if i secure first wall they escaped to second wall and then i plan new attack on second wall, and then again i plan attack on castle keep. But if they dont escape in time i can harass them all?? Or is still...
