I have the same problem, I have a pc strong enough to handle very high graphics and the multiplayer and custom battle works fine. The campaign on the other hand seem to lag in training, campaign map and battle even with only 8 people. I have checked if it used the right gpu and so on.

I fixed the problem
my pc only used 1 out of 4 cores so I just had to make it as 4 cores

it took me literally 9 minutes to come to the main menu an it was glitchy as hell

Sorry for you inconvenience. There is a currently a bug which makes the game chooses the integated GPU instead of the dedicated one. Can you check within both your Graphics Driver Settings and Game Options that the right one is selected?

It seems quite obvious the problem is with units IA. It probably has nothing to do with 3D rendering. Hence the fact siege are a total mess since the IA is lost and is trying to understand what to do to no avail.

How do you explain I can’t even get past the main menu? I should be able to play the game, but I can’t. Not because my specs are ****. No simply because the game don’t want to it seems. I can play games demanding better specs on the highest graphical setting no problems but bannerlord is still 1 frame in the main menu lol

I have about 1,5tb to spare on it (second drive) ssd but the damn game can’t even handle the main menu

My problem right now is that I cannot play the game at all. The main menu is fkn 1 framed per hour and I should be able to play the game very high graphics smoothly 120 frames (benchmarked) so it’s super confusing as why it doesn’t work when I ask around and people with lower specs can play the game no problemo

Same problem for me, I have better specs as well but the game lags like hell even though I should be able to play it on very high smoothly I have checked everything like I have chosen the right gpu in options
