    Usually Archers stay behind wood, but if you give them to attack order. They are out and join to others.
    They weren't archers. Just soldiers

    Well. I got my first army on my new savegame. And while sieging, almost 30% of my army is stuck in the wooden protections for archers. Anyone else has this?

    Get a horse archer army, it's impossible to be defeated.
    I'll do that from now on, but the problem is that Even if i win 200 battles and lose 1, those 200 lords are gonna get their army back up in 10 minutes. And I need hours to get a good army back

    Calm down and use bannerlord tweaks mod until devs fix xp and levelling issues
    So a mod fixed things faster then the devs do?

    i didnt play warband but what i hear it had a similiar perk that scaled with the number of troops atm all recruits gain the passive xp as one recruit witch is not how it was or should be for obvious reasons so i think it will be fixed since they ve talked about not leaving the game with just recruits for the next patch
    I really hope so, but they've gone from 1 patch a day to 1 patch a week. And most patches are around 5 bug fixes.
    Untill they don't make it easier to recruit, i'm not gonna play. Wasted 50 hours on a gameplay which ended in the map fully conquered in 1 year, and now a second gameplay in which I played 30 hours and got a strong army, that lost to recruits. Because a arrow through the chest doesn't even kill a recruit. I have a 40k gold bow,high lvl on archery, and i can't one shot a recruit, I have to shoot 10 arrows in a lvl 6 troop

    If you need 20 hours to make a decent army then you're garbage, also, the game is getting constant updates, stuff is being added or fixed, so calm the **** down.
    If this wasn;t a game breaking bug, i would calm down. But how the **** am i supposed to play when losing one fight means you have to waste another 20 hours to get good troops.
    You can;t get good troops at villages or towns, you can't get them anywhere untill you're in good relationships with all towns.
    You need around 100 fights for a recruit to get lvl 5

    the perk is bugged its give 50 xp to 300 men (the 50 xp is not for each man its for them all) you get 60 xp a day and need it in thousands to level ONE UNIT ONLY
    Exactly, I took 80 recruits, fought 10 battles, and maybe 10 got leveled up and 20 died. They also get close to 0 xp if you don't fight

    Even warband had this, I wanted so much to like this game and I do like it but the amount of things it should have is extreme. This game has less stuff then warband which was made in 2 years max. In these 8 years couldn't you at least add what warband had? How am i supposed to fight anyone...

    I want it but right now its too laggy to go inside the town or city until they fix the memory leak issue that make it a bit laggy im sticking it in menu

    I don't have any lag and my pc isn't even good.

    Yeah. I feel like the game is too fast in a way. I'd like for the game to move faster but our achivements slower. As example, I've played 50 hours, 40 of them on singleplayer campaign on realistic for every setting, and my character aged almost 2 years. In those 2 years I managed on realistic to have two cities, two castles and 6-10 villages.

    I don't really understand why they even made the aging and dying part, amd the kids, if I'll be king in 10 years, and the world will be fully conquered before I die of age.

    Hi Taleworlds and friends. Can you make archers a bit less overpowered? Not the damage or anything, but the actual aim. They sometimes do a 360 and headshot me with a bow. I didn't know they have red dots on them. If they are far away, the aim is fine, but when they're closerz they headshot you...

    My main suggestion right now, I think the food system is quite broken, towns almost NEVER have food, and are always losing prestige which in turn makes them lose even more food. I think that should be balanced.
    I didn't really get to that point. I only have a town and some villages so idk.

    Are you talking about that one faction snowballed the map? If so, then they're already working on it. It's pretty high demand from many of us.
    Not only that. Read my whole thread. The snowballing effect is a big issue. But even if that's fixed, it will still be too fast for a game like this. Warband was fast but it didn't matter coz clans weren't a thing, family wasn't a thing, kids weren't a thing. So if your kingdom conqueres everything untill you get old. What will you do playing with your kid? It won't matter anymore that you have kids.

    I like this idea to a certain sense. There should be a bigger risk besieging right now I fell like they can gather 300+ troops to take a castle in no time.I'd like the idea of when you lose troops it actually has an effect so to speak. Right now if you lose troops you just go to the village and get more. However this needs a lot of work and not done right there will be a ton more snowballing issues. I think a less aggressive ai like you are suggesting would work fine for the time being. However. In my game I am fighting Battania and we are going back and forth capturing each other castles then we lose it and then take it back, Meanwhile the Southern Empire has conquered all of Khuzait land.There just needs to be a bigger effect of the casualties and more peace overall
    True. I feel like everything it's too fast. I love the game so much. But I really don't want me to finish the game so fast. Id rather just do my best and then my children or grandchildren be the ones that become kings etc. I want it to make more sense to the real world history. This game isn't for everyone so they shouldn't make it for casual players that wanna finish it fast.

    I don't know why, but the game now feels slower but faster in the same time. I love the Clan thingy. That you have your own vassals (clan members) even as a Lord and Not King, the fact that everyone has smaller armies is better and that they combine to have the actual armies. But even with this...
