Didn't thought about that yet, but yeah that would be some kind of suspicious
. But seeing the troops somewhere in the town would add a lot of immersion for me, because the troops have to be somewhere.

Play as a real Soldier/mercenary
This would be nice and i think it would be nice if you stayed some time with the lord and respects you, that you get control over the archers or infantry for example( like when you are in an army).- Artiom

When you move to a town and take a walk through the lands it would be nice to see a camp of your army where you can see some of your troops and some of your companions. Like the camps in some siege maps but smaller. The number of tents for example can depend on your army size. I think this would...
