    Also next time you take over a castle. See if the relation works.
    I get no negative relation attacking caravans.
    But when i took over a castle i got 15 negative with the clan despite i choose show mercy.

    So think the relation got a bug if you are using the new beta

    I'm not using the new beta & I do get negative relation for attacking castles or caravans. I just dont get positive relation when helping lords or participating in kingdom decisions. Very weird. I dont mind not losing relation in kingdom decisions but helping lords was one of the ways to increase relations with them.

    I don't get any relationship gain after I help lords and also I don't see relation gain or loss when I participate in kingdom decisions & vote. Not sure if its just me or not but I'm not using any mods, its just vanilla installation. Any suggestions or is it suppose to be like this?

    you mean capture or kill? right now kill gives you a very hard penalty - losing relationship with many other lords. it's a big penalty because in the later stages of the game you focus on improving relationship with clans so they will join your kingdom.

    no, not talking about executing them after you've captured them. I'm talking about when you kill them during battle

    It would be great if there was some reward when you kill a lord or a king in battle. Right now it just feels like you just killed another soldier but I feel like you should get maybe more renown or something. At least have my men/women cheer when enemy lord/king falls

    I completely agree with the above mods, especially RBM and RTS. They shift the game into a far more enjoyable state. I would add these two to it though, with the last one obviously being not too serious, but if you cannot stand things like this, it's a must have. lol

    I try to play without mods but it's becoming boring. I don't want to install 30 different mods, what are your top 3 or 5 mods that you would recommend I try to improve gameplay?

Like you select Legionnaire(for example) and it will say "I " and you click the "I" and can select "V(5)" and so on and then legionnaires are all in group 5, then in battles just select thier group and place them away from the fight or f1-f7 to make that group retreat.

    Didn't know you could have two separate groups of infantry. How do I do that?

    But yea such feature would be awesome for auto calc as well.

    Not sure if this has been asked before but is there a mod or maybe a feature in the works that would allow you to select which troops and how many troops to take into battle? If I'm fighting 25 looters, I'd rather take low tier troops in battle leaving high tier troops on stand by. Tired of...

    How do you guys get 200+ in so many skills. Do you use mods? I find it very hard to level things in vanilla game without mods. I usually get to maybe 100/150 in few of them only after like 1000 days

    because adding new content before fixing game-breaking bugs will introduce more game-breaking bugs & make the older bugs harder to fix

    Im not pretty sure its intended but after buying 3 tanneries at Clan Tier 2, setting up a caravans etc Its nothing more than just waste of time, money and companions.

    I noticed that as well but I'm afraid that will be nerfed pretty soon :smile:. Also it feels like cheating to me so maybe I'll just wait a bit longer for the perks and other things to balance out before starting a new game.
