Im not an expert on how many black people were in Europe in the 1000s but I doubt there would be a black high class nobleman. If you can prove me wrong, then this will be an interesting addition to the game as long as they don't overdo it. I didn't say anything about alt right, I just asking tale worlds to respect white history without trying to throw in black people wherever they can. Are you trying to compensate for something? Instead Filling European history with blacks, why don't you try to prove the alt right wrong by showing black history?
I am not an expert either. But recent research suggest that people were travelling a great deal more (and marrying people from far away lands) than it was previously believed. Two famous Danish girls from the bronze age (1300 BC) have just been tested. It turns out one is from southern Germany and one might be from might have lived in the northern part of the Czech Republic, in France or in Mid Germany.

You can also read it here on the Danish national state owned news outlet) (it is in Danish, bit the it is clear that the source is good ) https://www.dr.dk/historie/danmarkshistorien/ny-dansk-forskning-fornem-oldtidsdansker-er-indvandrer
There were both upper class/nobility. My point is of people travelled that far I'm northern Europe 1300 BC when the world was less developed, it does not seem unlikely that it would also have happened further south.
