I formated my pc and reinstalled this mod, but now the stuff like fletcherys etc arent shown on the map anymore, nor do I have the option of buying them in villages. I tryed redownloading/installing the mod and updating didnt really help.

I am trying to build up relationships  with lords before I even try to become a vassal of england, but  noone needs me help. Only 1 or 2 quest have been given to me by lords Any tips on how to fast gain favor with lords?

How come, when I join the server i can typ, see who killed who etc etc, but as soon as the map switches I cant. Its boring without the ablity to talk to other players atleast for me :( Is it a server fault or is it something that is wrong at my M&B?

Seriously., 1 shot kills, fast reload, accurate and the user has fast agility to run away after shooting you. Also i dont know wich factions, but one has them on horseback wich makes them unstopable. Eather make them have less accuracy or make them have a really long reload time to balance it...
