    My main problem with this system is that once you put in all that work, they will leave your kingdom without so much as a by your leave. Im constantly re-aquiring my old vassals that leave on whims. Which is ruining the game for me tbh.

    If this is a "work in progress" adjust things is such a way that they still remain playable and remotely fun. So make sure vassals cannot leave until this has been properly designed and released....

    I hope this time TW will make this part of their game more thought out and executed than they did in WB. Especially since this feel somewhat similar to the way it was in WB...

    The current system for "persuading" clans to join your kingdom is flawed. First of all I have to find the clan leader and then persuade him to join my clan, which I can do only ONCE. Why only once? Isn't a clan leader looking out for the best interest of his clan especially when the situation...

    I have cleared hideouts with over 70 bandits by repeatedly aborting after killing ten or so enemies. Just walk out, heal up and try again, but now with less bandits....

    yep that's also a good point here but do not forget that you will be captured if you don't have men outside the hideout
    No you won’t. As long as you’re alive you can walk out without any negative consequences other than getting less loot, prisoners and renown. Any of your own troops that have died they will remain dead of course.

    As long as you don’t die, you can just walk out the instance.

    You won’t get any credits, prisoners or loot (you do keep the XP). And after you have healed up try again.

    The wounded bandits have healed up as well but the dead ones... well remain dead obviously. So take them out with headshots as much as possible and just leave the instance if you cannot win it and try again....

    Could be a feature of you don't have enough people to keep them on bay.
    Also could be that they are starving or you are starving and butching them.
    Also unlikely since I keep tons of grain in my inventory. Furthermore I try to maximise the food diversity to level the steward skill. My army eats better than I do irl.... haha

    Does assigning governors to fiefs have any benefit? I have noticed that after having caravans running around for ages, they do not increase the leading compagnion skills'at all. The same goes for assigning them clan roles or even sending them on missions. Other than being fodder in hideout...

    I have played for many hours without any problem and since the hotfix, I cannot play at all anymore. Whatever I do ends up in a CTD.
    I have reinstalled (twice) and I have completely removed everything related to bannerlord of my PC. this did not fix anything.

    Too bad I cannot get a refund since I have way too many hours already....

    I found it, deleted it but it didn't work soo my 7 hour campaign is lost because if i copy the save file into the game saves folder it crashes again.

    My 10 hour game is gone as well. It would have been nice of the devs to inform us the hotfix would be savegame incompatible.

    The tutorial should mention to the player that having horses (and mules!) in the inventory is extremely important and you need them to carry **** and keep good speed on the world map.
    It is in the hints and tips shown when you're in the escape menu.

    Was it the hide out at the top of the map? That one is bugged. Try to see if you have an earlier save and not the Autosave it did at that spot.

    I have tried that. When I load a savegame, the game crashes to desktop. I have started deleting all savegames, newest to oldest, that did not load. I ended up deleting all of them. Not one savegame loaded without a CTD.

    I then tried starting a new campaign. This works about 1 in 5 times without crashing to desktop, but then when I save the game, the game crashes every time.

    I do not know what they did in the hotfix, but it completely broke the game for me.

    Is there a way to rollback the hotfix?
