Retextured cuir bouilli(leather armor with shoulder pads)

so warband is going to have crouching? 

after I got the animation loaded up into the game I realized that it doesn't run or look as good as it does in openbrf 
The character model is a foot off the ground and the animation is to fast/ or cutting it short. does anyone know how to fix the the model height?

Wall Glitch:Makes robbing Bank NP
I found that after you rob the bank if you go over to the wall to the left(as soon as you spawn)

Hug the wall of the bank(you'll go half way into the wall) then you can jump and walk right through the wall.

You should beable to do it with out robing to (walkround)

Now i get it, but I think I might of hit another problem though..

I made a custom Torso(abdomen).
I exported it as a static mesh....will this effect the animation? I couldn't figure out how to export a rigged one.

if anyone can link me to a good tutorial that would most appreciated.

I don't know if this has been asked before, I'm having trouble Importing new Textures into OpenBrf. they just come out as transparent Images(?).
