Ah, I see, excellent!  Thank you for clarifying!  Now this "script_cf_create_kingdom_party", is it faction specific or is it yet again generic?  It would be unfortunate to find everyone's patrols to be the same size as the ones I create to be pseudo armies!  I believe the Prussian Culture is Culture 6 replacing the player Rebel faction.  Is this script found in the module_party_template as well, or is it located elsewhere?

Great Mod!  I thoroughly enjoy playing this mod.  But I do have a bug to fix.....When I talk to an Imperial Commander it freezes then crashes.  What should I do?   

I even heard of a story of a colonel whose infantry division was in a defensive position that was attacked by a King Tiger. He said that they shot it with an anti-tank

gun and the shell exploded and out of the smoke came the roar of the King Tiger's 88mm gun and it destroyed the anti-tank battery and the crew.  Then a

bazooka team shot at it and the rockets just bounced off and then the King Tiger fired on them and killed them all.  The colonel ordered a withdraw from the arrea

he stood up and saw four men in front of him as he ran, tripped, and fell to the ground; as he was on the ground he heard a whistle of a shell fly over his back and

detonate.  When he stood up all the men in front of him were gone....but that is just a story I heard.  I am not sure if it is true or not.  Here is what I rank the

yeah, but world war one, was the last of the ancient wars, and the first of the modern ones, with all the new equipment and stuff, also, its kinda obvious the chauchat is prone to jamming as the clip has a huge gap in it. And in trench warfare, you have to get dirty alot, so it sucks. Oh anyone know what the canadian rifle was, the first one used i know was a sporting rifle, and was signle loading i think. And so lots of people deemed it unfit for trench warfare.

Considered one of the most maligned  rifles in military history, the Canadian Ross rifle was used and subsequently abandoned by Canadian forces during the First World War.
Long and heavy the Ross, first developed in 1903 and named after its developer Sir Charles Ross, was considered by many a fine target rifle.  It was found however to perform poorly in wet and muddy trench conditions (by this time adopted in its Mk II 1905 and Mk III 1910 guises).

Under such conditions troops found it ill-suited to rapid fire scenarios, frequently locking, and complaints rapidly reached its chief sponsor, the Canadian Minister of Militia and Defence Sam Hughes.  He nevertheless continued to believe in its strengths even following professional advice to the contrary from Sir Edwin Alderson.  The furore over its performance ultimately contributed to Hughes' fall from office the following year.

Examples abounded of Canadian troops throwing down the Ross in preference to the British Lee-Enfield, although the Ross continued to be used for training purposes in both Canada and England.

Good so I won't be troubling you too much.....

Sorry to break up the whole trench comments (really I am sorry).  Will the soldiers in 1914 be proficient with your firearms?  I am not doubting your programming, but

I just played the Desaster mod (I am not trying to offend the moderator of this mod) and my veteran rifleman cannot seem to hit a guy on a horse (or even the

horse) while either moving or standing still.  Long story short I blast about two guys off their horses before they get to my lines and the other 65 people cannot

seem to hit one.  So how will the computer cooperate with the introduction of your firearms?

I upgraded to .960, but to play this mod I changed back to .808.

That may be the problem.

Thank you cool_guy.  I am very excited to see this.  I was a pretty big WWI buff, but then I moved on to WWII.

If have any questions about the Germans just let me know I still know many things about them.

While I play this version it sometimes gets all glitchy and all the letters become big blocks.  What should I do?

Well I to have a story and a it is one of valor and sacrifice. (note: this is on 88% difficulty)

My men and I (being 49 strong) were scouting the kingdom of Rhodocks for the enemies of the Nord Kingdom.  I then spotted a party of Rhodock soldiers 56 strong in the forest near Ergellon castle.  I decided to set up an ambush.  But when i charged the enemy something was strange.  They knew I was coming and had called in reinforcements from another lord and the enemies numbered to 113 soldiers against my mere 49.  As i saw the enemies marching toward us I dismounted my white stallion and loaded my crossbow (it was a sniper with steel bolts having a total of 52p damage) and aimed....then Fired! The bolt sliced through the air and struck one of the lords and dug deep into his chest, but to of no avail.  I loaded...and fired once
more, but the bolt was deflected by his shield. 

Now it was his turn the Rhodock crossbowmen opened fired with a hail of bolts. It fell like rain and stuck my lines....none dead.  It was a stoke of good fortune.  Now it was our turn as myself and the Nord warriors opened fire with their longbows.  My bolt met its target and in a bloody shower fell to the ground.  The arrows of my warriors met several targets bringing down another enemy.  My men volleyed once more taking another life, but the the Rhodock line charged, I was prepared however and my Nord champions and veterans opened fire with their throwing axes and javelins.  Relinquishing the lives of three more Rhodock soldiers.

As their lines met ours the Rhodock crossbowmen opened fire once more and struck my men, one died the other wounded.  I pulled my sword and mounted my stallion and charged the enemy.  They fired their bolts, but they only met my shield.  I then cut down one....then two of their crossbowmen.  My Champions screamed "For the Nord!" as all ten of them charged and cut down more enemies than i could count.  I charged in as well, but only to have a bolt pierced into my side.  The world went dark.... 

I woke up deeper in the forest with Marnid cleansing my wound.  "What happened?" I asked.
Marnid said, "We fell back into the forest for protection from those bloody crossbows. 
"How many...how many off my men are dead" asked I.
"I counted twelve and 18 wounded" said Marnid
"Were is the enemy" I asked and as an answer a bolt crashed into the rock my head was resting on.  I stood up (with much discomfort) and ran my troop s to the top of a hill the trees were so thick and the mist so blinding I could not see the enemies.  Then like death they ran out into a valley below us thinking we were there "It is time to finish this, FOR LORD AND COUNTRY!" I screamend as we rained on top of them and took them by surprise and with axes and swords and death all around me.  I saw Ralph digging his sword into the stomach of an enemy putting an end to his life.  In a mater of minutes it was quiet.  We had won the battle.
