So, I had painstainkinly worked 5 horsemen up for an upgrade to knights, but doh, no free party slot. So I head back to my newly won castle, and drop them off. I notice the + sign for upgrading disapears. Hmm.... Load them back into my party.... No upgrade Icon, back to square 1. Drat...

I can't get Borcha out of the prisoner slot for my party. When talking to him, letting him go fre does nothing, Salt Mines or Slave Trader won't take him, and taking him to the town does nothing either. How do I either get him to join, or leave?
