I know but all the mods i find totally overhaul the game WARBAND, i dont want the dlc to be honest as its said there working on a whole new m&b 3 at the mo, so i was hoping that it would be uploaded and not tottaly overhaul the game

I've proposed this kind of thing before, but a little different! I would like to merge your idea with mine:

For example, I was with my King Luiz I, duke of Toledo and lord of Madrid, ruler of Kingdom of Spain, he was fighting wars and becoming old ( yes, I turn the age as the days pass :p), tired of battles and that life, this is when my idea comes! I thought about him having a sucessor and the future King Luiz II! I'm exporting my character, making a weaker guy, changing his face features and age, this is cool, untill I get the same ladies inviting me to their parties ( Strange a son woo the same ladies from his father) and the lords still like me like they did to my father, that's the bad part...

I wish the heir could be some different guy from the father, not exporting, that's where modding comes! and we could create more heirs, after the retire, we could change one of them to be us!

We could not even have a family, but it could give us heirs!


PS:Sorry for double post, but it would be confusing.

This would be great. Imagine if you had several children and could only choose to play as one. Then, depending on some factors (renown, charisma, honour) the other potential heirs might either swear you their fealty and become your lords, or challenge your claim to your fiefs and rebel. That would not only be extremely cool, it would also be realistic, since disputes over inheritance are known to have lead to bloody civil wars as long as dynasties have existed.

I have to agree with this, it would make the game last longer, be cooler, and maybe if you have a sibling you could send him/ her to marry someone to strengthen ties with the lord/ lady/ fraction. And maybe have a way to have the child do jobs like the tasks you were given, like to raid a village, deliver messages, or just guard a fort, etc. I think we should do this.

So we have ideas, should we do it??????

That sounds good, however i have no modding capability's and would not know where to start, but if you can mod, that will probally become a good mod,

is there a mod that adds more companions, or units, the 95 units mod is great from what i heard but i installed it correctly but i can never find these troops in the hamlets, roaming, troop tree, etc

so anyway, a mod that adds more companions and more units, maybe some new weapons, musket, catapult, spears that can be placed in the ground to act as well, a spear in the ground, engineer that pours  oil down ladders, etc.

Also is there a mod that will let you build a moat or ditch and fill it with oil. And a small wall at gate entrances.

Oh and a mod that lets you have ladder men so you don't have to relie on the stupid single ladder, but to make it fair defenders can knock down these new ladders, but the original ladder that spawns instantly cant be knocked down.

i was wondering is there a mod that does not completely overhaul warband but adds a few firearms into the game like a musket, as i know theres a flintlock, but a musket like in the mod 'mount and musket' for single player which can bayonet charge and stuff, if not, this could be a mod that also adds a few units like rifle man and maybe some artillery, (cannons, etc.) As i looked everywhere and nothing showed.


So overall i was wondering is the a mod that does not completely overhaul warband but adds muskets, maybe a new unit and is for single player.

I was wondering, when this is done could you post it as a mod, as this sounds like it will be quite cool, and i agree that i cant find a gun mod either
