  1. [BUG] 1.111 Campaign AI option resets after restarting the game.

    Since 1.111 was installed the Campaign AI option resets to poor after restarting the game (possibly effects other options as well).

    Not for everyone - the "Campaign AI" difficulty setting is resetting on its own to Poor on every relaunch of the game (at least for Windows XP users).

    This is happening to me too (using windows 7 64 bit), really annoying.
  3. Heraldic Mail/Surcoat Armor Black Patches

    You could change the animation that is used to draw the weapon in the module system, I guess. Use a normal 2handed weapon as reference.

    Also what about the OSP swords pack? Is there a katana in there or am I mistaken?
    And there was a far-east mod for some older M&B Version where you should be able to salvage a weapon. Asking for permission before you sue it and so on.
    Or this is bound to have a weapon like that as well, I guess.

    I am using Warband which I heard doesn't have a module system as of yet... I don't have much of a clue when it comes to modding mount and blade. All I know about M&B modding is editing the item_kinds1 file, it is how I got the katana to act like a bastard sword when it comes to holster and equiping.

    I searched for the OSP swords pack and couldn't find it, I did find an OSP weapons pack however it lacked any sort of katana. Fact is M&B and Warband have a decent Katana model, problem is that it's a bit glitched. If someone could just model a strap onto the regular M&B katana holster (one/two handed version, not the great Katana that is two handed only) then I'd be happy. :cool:

    I'll take a look through the WWII china battlefield board you linked me and see what I can find.

    The original M&B katana was what I was refering to, however the equip animation is glitched (draws the weapons from the back when it is attatched to the side/belt), a solution for this was to have it attatched to the belt like a bastard sword, however due to the lack of a strap, there is an invisible gap between the char and holster (read my request and view my example pics).

    A Samurai Katana (same as the katana ingame which is both one and two handed) which hangs from your characters belt like other swords in game. I managed to edit the sword so it appears to be hanging from the belt like a short/heavy bastard sword but since the katana holster model doesn't have a strap it looks strange due to the fact it looks like it is hovering.

    Basically what I am requesting is a strap on the one/two handed katana holster (M&B version) so it can be made to hang from the chars belt and compile it ready to be used in game.

    Question: I was wondering how one would go about changing the equip/holster animation for a two handed sword (great sword) to that of a short/bastard sword. Is it as simple as editing the item kind file or does one have to actually edit the model using a specific program?
  8. Wierd Texture Issue that just suddenly came.

    I am getting this in pretty much every tavern and castle I go into, it has put me off playing. This only started happening since 1.104 was installed, it basically broke my game so I hope a fix is released asap!

    I want to be able to make the Strange armor purchasable, however in my item_kinds file the item name looks like this:

    So which number are you supposed to edit to make it purchasable in-game?
