    Don't know if this would be useful in light of the work you've already done, but it seems one case where lords are not respawning is if you defeat them in battle and let them go.  Also if it would streamline/make the process easier for you, I'd be happy to help test some fix attempts at this or other issues.  In any case, thanks for all the work you put into this!

    I'm pretty sure that if you are NOT a vassal of any faction, defeated lords are NOT respawning (in 156_B11).  I wrote out the method I used to test this in the bug report thread.
  5. Bugs in Phantasy 2018

    I think I confirmed that lords are NOT respawning after defeat in 156_B11, at least if you are not a vassal of any faction. 

    Testing method:

    1) Turn warband cheats on (not cheat mode; key command cheats)
    2) Make note of a couple defeated lords in the message log, in my case a couple veiger lords (tansugai & ch-something)
    3) Wait a few days in game, ctrl+t for a few frames to reveal map.  This should make all character location reports current, if they're
        on the map
    4) Check notes, characters for those lords' locations.  In my case, both defeated lords had old locations reported (5 and 9 days old)

    I also asked khergit lords for the locations of the defeated lords from step 2, they all said "I don't know where ... is".  Also, many lords form many factions didn't have locations reported at all.  I suspect these are lords whom I never saw before they were defeated and never respawned, though I guess the test I listed doesn't confirm this theory.  I was not a vassal of any faction when I did this test, I have not checked if lords respawn if you are a vassal.

    Just to check though, the red text displaying version number in on the main menu in B11 should still say B10 right?  I've tried installing the B11 patch from both moddb and nexus, both leave the main menu version number as B10.

    As always, amazing ideas N0ught!  My soul was a little crushed when you announced the new version wouldn't come out on Halloween, but the wait looks well worth it.  A couple questions/comments regarding ghouls though:

    It seems like there's a fair amount of symmetry between the two current plagues in terms of a gift of the gods, companion, and unit associated with each.  For the ghouls, it seems that the rats are the unit, but can we also expect a companion and gift of the gods associated with the earth plague?  Also will there be some analogue of the undying sword and hunter's night (granted those are rather dichotomous so that's a bit of a stretch)?

    I'm sure however you handle/have handled the new plague will be/is fantastic though!

    No, the CKO troops all start out the same regardless of what culture they're trained from

    On the topic of CKO, is there a hard cap for the CKO seargent weapon proficiencies?  In none of my games have I ever been able to raise their wpf past 330
