If you're going to spend $600-700 on a video card then you have too much money!  Give some to charity or possibly just flush it down the toilet.  I'm running an old 8800GT and it runs the game flawlessly all settings maxed.  You could pick up a card similar for under $100 easily I'd imagine. 

But do what you want.

If you really wanna go high end then list your components so we know you won't blow all that coin on the best of the best only to bottleneck it.  Make sure your power supply can handle all that juice too!

We need a mod for the board... so every post has its "like" and "dislike"-button. So we, as normal players, can say "like!" to the ppl that we think should be unbanned or treated with mercy, if the apology was a nice one.

guess it would not hurt anyone (or the servers) and some big polls would not be needed.

Actually if you change the GST to HST, which in turn is an increased all inclusive taxation system in which everything now has an additional flat rate of 12% instead of the now old and outdated 5% which we of course saw with the soon defunct GST.  Add this to the hidden taxes in everything from food to gas to to cigarrettes to liquor and you have a recipe for money.  Now tax an average of 30% right off the top off all working class income before they get a red cent, take that money and squander it, and you have yourself a 21st century governing system.  Don't forget to hand money out in bunches to the non working class, as for whatever reason they didn't feel like playing the game anyways.
