    RDM: You cannot kill other players or their animals/livestock for no reason. Valid Reasons Are as follows:
    You are being robbed.
    You are being attacked.
    They have stolen your items or loot. (Warning needed!)
    Loot is defined as armor, items or horses which got gained through a kill on a person who had it.
    They have stolen your horse. (No warning needed!)
    They are interrupting in your robbery/taxation (Kicking the robber, punching the robber, demand saying help etc)(Warning needed).
    You are at war.
    You have been insulted in local chat. (Global chat can be punished by an admin).
    They have kicked, punched, horse bumped you, or interrupted your training three times. (Each hit or horsebump can be combined to reach a total of three.)
    They have ignored your "No loot" demand.
    You have been kicked from the faction by the faction lord.
    You have been threatened by a person with a weapon. (Proof required E.G. Screenshot/Video.)
    They are destroying/stealing your property. (Screenshot/Video needed.)
    You have been halted with your name included. (If the person has just said "Halt!" Anybody can kill them.)
    They have refused your demands. (Read the demand rules.)
    They have given you a demand(s) that result in kill reasons (I.e - Leave this place or die) (Read the demand rules.)
    They are interfering in your war (Screenshot/Video needed)
    These kill reasons only last until you die or the person dies that you have a kill reason on.
    (If you, or the other player logs out, you lose this kill reason.)

    NRR: You can go back to where you died and loot your items. However you cannot attack or instigate
    any form of hostilities to your killer/killers for a total of 10 minutes after your death.
    The only example of when you are able to kill your killer is if they give you a kill reason without you provoking them, E.G. Insults in local chat, threatening gestures. NRR dont exist in wars.

    NHR (No harassment rule): If you killed a player you are not allowed to kill them again without a valid reason.
    You also cannot rob/halt him again within the next 30 minutes. If he gives you a valid kill reason then you are allowed to kill him (Warning needed).

    War: Declare war with the majority of your army and all banners in one of your own castles or the mercenary camp. Before declaring war, you must state a valid reason for the war in global chat. Valid reasons include:
    Past Hostilities
    Refusal of Tribute
    Imprisonment of a faction member
    Land (When your faction has none)
    Diplomacy between Official Factions
    Outlaws, commoners and factions not a part of the war may not participate in a faction war or interfere in a battle (I.e - Calling 'help' is invalid). War cannot be declared on a faction that does not possess a castle, and peace has to be immediately declared on a faction that loses all their castles. Take note:
    The war must be declared with the sole intention of carrying out a real war, and not to disguise randoming.
    If an attacking faction has control over a castle but is not capturing it, administrators reserve the right to call peace.
    The Town Watch and Merchant's Guild faction must have admin permission in order to war any faction.
    Factions also need admin permission in order to declare war on the Town Watch and Merchant's Guild.
    Mercenaries have to join the faction in order to involve with the war.
    The defending faction may make a redeclare within a reasonable time (30 seconds maximum after peace) without the need of having everyone at their castle, disguising randoming this way will result in a harsh punishment.
    Take note that a reasonable attempt must be made on the enemy castle within a 15 minute timeframe of the war being declared (Putting the castle under siege is considered making a reasonable attempt).
    Administrators reserve the right to call peace if the faction declaring makes no attempt to engage the enemy force, be it on the field or by sieging them. Rambo-lancing is not engaging the enemy force. Take note that any faction that abuses loopholes in the rules will be reprimanded.

    Warzones: Any castle that is being sieged is a warzone and you CAN be killed in the warzone for being there for these reasons:
    Looting
    Approaching the castle/being inside the castle during war.
    Killing/robbing mid-warzone
    Doctor healing mid-warzone
    The designated warzone locations are Castle gates/Castle farms/Castle Walls/Inside the castle.

    Combat Logging/Halt Logging/Tax Logging: You cannot log out or alt+f4 when you are in combat.
    After combat, if you kill your opponents, you can safely logout, otherwise you must wait 5 minutes, and you cannot logout in a warzone.
    You cannot leave within 5 seconds of being halted. (Provide screenshot if person logs out being halted.)
    You cannot leave being taxed to avoid taxation. (Provide screenshot if person logs out being taxed.)

    Town Watch: Only the Town Watch designated factions, or non-capable locations who have taken the name 'Town Watch', if there is no 'Town Watch' faction, can do more than tax Outlaws. They may perform on Outlaws:
    Item robbery.
    Gold robbery.
    Horse robbery.
    Remember: These robberies must follow our ruleset (See 'Robbery' rules)

    Admin Discretion Clause: Admins reserve the right to pass judgement on a complaint using their own opinion especially if a rule isn't clearly stated or a player is found loopholing the rule set. The Admin's word is law.

    Looting rule: If you killed a player then a timer of 20 seconds starts. If someone takes/steals from the corpe within in these 20 seconds then you can kill him without saying "no loot”. After the 20 seconds loot protection has passed you are required to say "No loot".

    Robbery: Only outlaws can rob in any of it's forms:
    Item robbery.
    Gold robbery.
    Horse robbery.
    If you make a demand, make sure the person has 20 seconds to comply and finish to this demand. (See valid demands rule.)
    You cannot shout help if you initiated the robbery.
    You cannot rob the same person within 10 minutes.
    The robbery is only valid if you state the players name while halting.
    Robbery using animations is prohibited.

    Taxation: Any faction can tax, however they are only allowed to tax on their faction owned territory. E.G. Entrance to castles, on their farms. Only faction members are allowed to tax. (Commoners are not allowed to). You cant tax your own faction member.
    Taxation is not a valid reason to kill and people are allowed to decline taxation.
    If they decline taxation then they are allowed to leave the castle and return to the open world, if they enter the castle while declining tax, they are able to be slain. (Provide Screenshot/video.)
    If they decline taxation and leave, then they can be told not to come back. If they return after being told not to come back, you have a valid reason to kill the person. (Provide: Screenshot/Video.)
    The maximum taxation is as follows:
    50% of their SHOWN pouch.
    Their horse.
    Once a person agrees and gives the required tax, they are not allowed to be taxed by another faction member within 10 minutes.

    Demands: The following demands are valid:
    The demand to leave a specific area. E.G. Castle, robbery/taxation location.
    The demand to not purchase items/animals in castles, or pickup items from the ground.
    The demand to not loot corpses.
    The demand to halt. (Stop or any soft variants of the word besides halt is not a demand/kill reason)
    The demand to drop items or gold in terms of robbery.
    The demand to dismount a horse while getting robbed (not if taxed).
    The demand to show money pouches.
    Demands must be stated CLEARLY and situations must be outlined. E.G. Halt Ross, this is a
    robbery, drop your armour and items immediatly or be slain!

    Imprisonment: You must have a valid roleplay reason to imprison somebody, You can imprison
    somebody for a total of 15 minutes, any longer than this then the other party must agree.

    Raids: Only outlaws can raid. Raids must be agreed by a member of the admin team.
    Raids must require a valid reason to demand a raid, and an admin must announce that a raid is going on in a specific castle.
    Raids cannot be declared upon commoner spawns.
    Raids must be declared 5 minutes in advanced.
    A raid is a defined as like as a "war". Outlaws are in war with this castle/village, that means they can kill anybody inside the castle, and anybody can kill them inside the castle.
    A raid can last at maximum for 15 minutes.

    Assasinations: Are illegal and will be treated as RDM, unless approved by an admin.

    KOS Rule: KOS, Or Killing on Sight can only be declared by a faction leader. The KOS must have a valid reason.
    Outlaw GROUPS can KOS people if they state it in local chat to one another, but they must acknowledge it by stating it in Local chat, and say they argee to the KOS on the specified player.

    Rebellion Rule: If an offical group of people (In faction tags) attempt to overthrow a faction, the lord of the faction is allowed to officially KOS the people in that faction with the SAME NAME as the people that voted lord for 5 minutes until the rebellion ends.

    Bounties: Bounties are allowed only by TownWatch members.

    Outlaws: Outlaws are not kill on sight. Outlaws can also help another player who is not an Outlaw if the player who is being robbed shouts help.

    Help: If you started the robbery/taxation you are not allowed to ask for help. Members can help each other without asking for help if
    Both players are Outlaws
    Both players are Commoners
    Both players are in the same faction (allies dont count)
    otherwise you need to ask for help.

    Advertising: Any player found advertising another PW server in-game will be banned.

    ​Exploiting/Glitching: Do not exploit any of the mods glitches, it will result in a ban. E.g. Do not log out after dying to respawn where you died. Do not use carts to push/move other players, especially when on a bridge. Do not use carts to completely block doorways and entrances. Also hiding horse carts, hand carts etc which are needed for the economy in walls/private houses will be punished. If an admin see you are hiding for example carts in your house, he will note which it is and you will be punished.

    Private Houses: Following things are not allowed in private houses
    Fighting (this includes duelling and Sparring)
    Stealing items from the chest
    Locking a player in against their will
    Entering without the permission of the owner
    Hiding in them to avoid somebody’s Kill reason upon you.
    ...houses are created for peaceful reasons - not for rulebreaking ones.

    Admin Complaints: Please state your faction color and your in-game name when making a complaint in-game. Do not attack, kick, or punch an admin or a player talking to an admin even if you are at war. Lying to an admin will be punished harshly.

    Discrimination/Racism: The usage of racial insults or discriminative/homophobic insults of a person will result in a significantly harsh ban. We do not approve of this.

    eRP: Erotic Role-Play is not condoned. Any player to be found forcing other players to do eRP will be punished harshly.

    Just a tip...You can't call yourself an RP server when you are restricting a lot of it with these rules! 1927 words is way too much to be in the rules...I looked at it and ran! But good luck anyway...

    for example: im going to sell iron, when i sold it i just call an admin, too easy right?
    In short, there is no way to rob him, there would be no risk, it would be too simple =D

    does not work .. I see 2 servers in my local area ... One tells me (incorect Autorization key) and the other makes me enter. my friends see them in one local area network that says (incorect Autorization key) and they can not find another that causes them to enter, not even on the internet

    Caio a tutti sono shooter vengo da bari e mi sono appane iscritto al forum sprando di divertirmi su M&B WarBand (sopratutto sul Native) e spero anche di conoscere tante persone con cui giocare insieme.
