  1. Looters = snipers now?

So over night every looter attended sniper school and can headshot with stones from redicious distances? what the actual hell?

Can't ride around even small groups of looters now because they all hit me even when going full speed on a decent horse, looters are early game enemies, you're supposed to be able to kill them without wearing armor.

and archers? what the hell, the archers in my army is bloody useless, don't fire even when the enemy is 10 paces ahead of em, but the enemy archers litter me with arrows before I get within half a mile of them?
Turns out they’ve just patched this thankfully!
  2. Just tried a siege battle... Wow

I am amazed at the detail and quality of the keeps and the battles and the terrain. I just need more RAM in order to enjoy it.
Same here - my RAM and also my CPU are holding me back a bit unfortunately
  3. Clans recruit their current faction`s troops.

I think they already do this - NPC’s recruit troops just like the player, so I’ve noticed for example that even the Ghilman will recruit Sturgian troops if they are being paid by the Sturgians and are nearby Sturgian villages that they can recruit from
  4. My character keeps calling cavalry as footmen

I’ve noticed this as well - although oddly horse archers are named correctly when my character shouts orders
  5. Armours like “Long Padded Robe” far too heavy

I could not find this posted already, but I’ve noticed some of the weight values in bannerlord are not accurate - most notably the “long padded robe” has a weight value of 22.3 - far higher than even heavy armours, so I’m assuming it is supposed to be 2.3 and has an extra 2 added by accident...

I haven't been this hyped in a long time; been following these dev blogs for years and whether I get a beta key or not I'm just so happy the game will be up for sale in March!

It would be cool if after player's character execution his heir gets some kind of quest to avenge his father, with reduced penalties for executing the lord who started blood feud in the first place. And keepig the record of all the people some character has killed in it's character screen.

^^^A quest like this with no specific time limit would be amazing

Well I, for one, continue to be hyped

    Okay, this is epic
  10. Dev Blog 15/11/18

Honestly just one of the best blog posts so far! Goes to show you don't need loads of info revealing the progress of the game to have a super-interesting blog; this really made me appreciate the effort going into making the game and how much of a step up Bannerlord is from Warband

Baffling to me that people follow these dev blogs after all this time and are still disappointed almost on a weekly basis over and over again. We have long entered the realm of DNF-level expectations, there is not even a miniscule chance this game will be as good as many players hope it to be. Who seriously played Warband (or really any sandbox game) unmodded for longer than a couple of weeks? So all this information about faction banners and stuff means nothing even in the semi-short run. Literally the only thing important is the flexibility and accessibility for modding, everything else will be just a framework to be built upon.

I have yet to see a single thing that would propel Bannerlord into the "omg I'm actually there" realm of gaming. It will be a moderate overall improvement to the first game, nothing more. If you want to pretend to be a badass of ye olden days, join your regional medieval combat club instead.

I still have yet to download a single mod for warband and I have over 1000 hours in it, I love the vanilla single player and have also yet to be recommended a mod that only improves upon the game. Everyone plays the game differently, that's kinda the point of a sandbox RPG, and I also know some people who exclusively play multiplayer. You shouldn't assume everyone is uninterested in the information in these weekly blogs just because you aren't, and anyway it's inevitable that some blogs will appeal to some while seeming irrelevant to others.

Loving the blog, all the pictures and concept art look fantastic but that keep interior is quite something  :iamamoron:

Might not have been full of screenshots or big updates on Bannerlord's progress, but this was probably one of my favourite dev blogs! Very interesting insight into the game and Steve sounds like the perfect guy to be forming the game's story and background.
