Uninstalled Steam version, downloaded vanilla .exe from Taleworlds site. I downloaded the most recent version of WSE, but when I run it, keeps saying I have the wrong version of Warband installed. I've extracted the WSE files into the root folder, modules folder, and from a desktop folder, no change. What do?

So long as they give players the ability to block and report people I don't see why they would be blamed.

Community mods seem like a reasonable layer too, just hope they aren't too strict. Whacky custom doodles can be quite funny.

Any predicitions on how far this sabre rattling will go between Trump and the EU? It seems it would really start to escalate if the EU starts to go forward with the idea of an EU army.

Las Vegas has a nice mix of western scenery and traditional Vegas-y night life. Red Rock is pretty great.

Juxtaposing the current attitude of the studio against its earliest days is fascinating. From having to make the financially necessarily unpalletable decisions to a company that refuses to release its most anticipated title until its ready.

According to a PC Gamer interview Armagan was kind of ashamed to release an unfinished game but he had to because of financial difficulties.
Then PC Gamer interviewer sighed for the todays developers after Armagan said he was ashamed.
One thing is for sure that Armagan wont do it again as long as he doesnt have to so dont expect the same for Bannerlord as well.

Given the rocky path M&B started on I don't think its unfair to say that modders have really helped the quality and longevity of their titles. Its clear that they don't just pay lip service to the modding community, as they've developed strong relationships with certain modding devs. Where can i read more about the history of relations between Taleworlds and modders?

Certain regions could have unique resources that could provide bonuses beyond troop morale and better income. EG: better wood leading to improved health for your temporary war camp.

Because bandits don't have access to castles, where do they put their family and belongings?
they can even use that as a vehicle to give you bandit related notables. Of course the lair would lose its utility upon capturing any castle.

I really like the idea of constructing temporary war camps while you're away from home. It could provide bonuses for your army such as improved rationing and better troop morale. Turning something like this into more of a home base for banditry seems feasible aswell.

Major support for something like this. For all of the professional backgrounds that characters are able to pick from the only viable path to lordship ends up being combat. Something like this would help the basis for an economic play through that wasn't exclusively trading. I would reduce the aforementioned repetition by being able to hire workers who could do this task for you after a certain point, always leaving the option for you to get in the field yourself improving yields. A few different ideas come to mind with something like this

• Lord's and village elders could give out quests based on gathering
• During war time you could be sent to harry enemy villagers and steal their crops, balancing some combat with the gathering
• You could lead foraging parties to scour the wild for supplies to compliment your own stores, possibly encountering random events

This is a great example of a random event, I think more events centered around non combat themes would really help bolster immersion. Beggars, roaming caravans, religious preachers, ect.

This debacle with Diablo Immortal should really show people that once Activision and Blizzard merged the magic of Blizzard is weighed down by mega corporation BS.

Seems like a major theme of the last election was which candidate was hated more. Using each candidates mistakes and foibles really helped to convince people who was the bigger of the two evils. A trend that always rears its head in politics but seems to have played a uniquely strong role this election cycle.

I think the idea of a horse near to death in a cluster of enemies involuntarily rearing and kicking would make sense. Lower level riders could be thrown off the horse while higher level riders would be better able to handle the horse collapsing. You could also factor the nature of the mount into something like this. For example, lame horses would be unable to kick at all, where stubborn or spirited horses are more likely to be frightened and kick without player input.

I'm guessing that at least in one point in history people have trained, or permitted, horses to kick, thrash, and bite when in close combat. That's probably the natural reaction of a horse anyway, well apart from running away.

There is one thing though, staying atop a kicking or thrashing horse wouldn't be all that easy, so perhaps it could be a mid-high level perk in the riding skill.

Also I'm not sure how easy it is for a horse to kick whilst wearing barding (armour), wouldn't the weight impede it?

I like the idea of having it as a perk for riders if they wanted to do something like this on command. Higher levels of that perk could improve the cooldown/knockback.

I'd support this for periodic blogs explaining in depth mechanics. I would worry that putting more manpower on assuring the quality of weekly video content could slow down dev time.

I've come a bit late to the Bannerlord party, but I have the general feeling that less features and more polish would be A-okay. This series has some really strong fundamentals. More features would be nice, but fleshing out what we have already would be my preference.
