    I'm sorry, that's a last straw. Please learn basics of english, it's so hard to read.

    I think children should age at normal pace. There could be a way of skipping the time when you die, so you "respawn" as your heir instantly.

    You're assuming that everyone on the forum is white European or American until they outwardly come and admit it, so stop acting like you can know where somebody is from based on a forum profile. There are a lot of South Americans here, one of the most active posters on the bannerlord thread was from Ghana, and probably the most prolific and helpful poster in the mod threads is from the Arabian peninsula. Al_mansur above me is from north africa.

    Sure, you got me on the "never seen a Brazilian and African" front, but that does not explain why the Sarranids are an unpopular faction in Warband. Like someone else already pointed out, Brazilians leaned towards the Swadians because the Portugese are knights.

    I think I am also intentionally ignoring a subconcious elephant because of forum rules  in the room so I will bring it up up.

    Racism.

    If we look at the American Presidential Election of 2016, Donald Trump, a person who has built his platform based on racism against Mexicans and Arabs, calling news that speak against him, and threatening to jail his opponents, won the Presidential Election against Clinton. This means that at least half of America agrees with Donald Trump, and his racist ideals.

    This means that roughly half of America now harbor some sort of racist ideals against Arabs, with varying degrees of how they show their hatred against Arabs.

    This does not matter if most of your playerbase
    is from Arabic countries, but that is clearly not the case with how unpopular the Sarranids are.

    There are some people who said that the development of Bannerlord takes so long because of the fact that turkish government is financing the game. Basically, they say that because they can get all the money they want for the time of development, they won't relase the game for years to come.

    I almost can't belive they posted that. It's basically a blog about Taleworlds patting themselves on the back. They are giving people waiting for their game a piece about being impressed how much they done ... too bad it's absolutely meaningless, a waste of community's time.  :sad:

    I think Clans are going to be similar to Knighthood Orders from Prophesy of Pendor, but more developed and much more connected with lords in the game. That would be great.

    Maybe the fact that the game has been in development for 6 years? I think most of us were expecting a 2018 release, especially after all this time. They may not have a direct competitor at the moment, but that can always change, and the longer they wait, the more likely it is to happen.

    I'm sick of hearing this. 6 years of development time for a game of this scale is actually normal. Look how long it takes Rockstar to develop their big titles. Red dead redemption 2 started development right after the first one was released and it's still not out yet. GTA 4 and 5 took 4 and 5 years respectively despite infinitely larger budgets and staff than TW could ever dream of.

    Tale world's mistake was putting the cart before the horse with their announcements.The amount of time they've spent developing the game makes sense.

    It's true that it's normal for a game of that huge scope to be developed for many years, but get this : developers were giving us relase dates for 2 years : first time in 2016 , second 2017. Now they just don't give any. It's their fault for giving everyone false hope so many times. I guess they learned their lesson and we won't get any dates before something like 1 month before relase of the game.

    From what I heard Bannerlord doesn't have any of the warning signs Duke Nukem Forever had. Programming is not easy in general, especially for games like Bannerlord; that is why I think Bannerlord will be released sometime in the year 2020 in the fall.

    The most important warning sign is that devs are always talking about making the game perfect. Truth is it's an impossible task. 3D Realms were saying the same thing for 10 years after 2001 trailer.
